First of all, they have a huge selection, and the prices are lower than what you will find in big box stores during discounts. The store inside looks just like a regular warehouse - they specialize in floors and it seems that they mean business without jacking up prices for a "nicer" looking store. They will let you take samples home, so you could look at how it looks like in the intended space which was a tremendous thing for us, first time homeowners! They will walk you through everything and give genuine advice, regardless of whether this means you won't buy the more expansive stuff. The employees are courteous, and it seem like the owner, David, treats them well. That in turn shows in their care for the customers. What really amazed me though, is when I told David that the carpet I bought from him past week got stolen, he offered to sell me the same carpet again with no markup! This shows he really cares about his customers! I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends, and will definitely buy from them again in the future!

They carry a brand called mohawk which is apparently extremely highly rated and durable. I wanted to think about it and came back and spoke to Will, who was extremely helpful and pleasant. He let me take their floor samples home to see how they would look! Unfortunately the colors available did not match my house. However, Will was able to help me find a really nice carpet for my stairs and home office. It is pet proof, as well! It feels so soft walking on the "Heritage" carpet and the coloring is such that dirt won't show. They were also cheaper than the carpet I had originally planned on getting. Will made the experience so easy! I had never heard of them before, but I am glad my house painter mentioned them. I strongly recommend them.

When I asked the owner about why the communication from our sales rep was so inconsistent regarding the start date for our job, he didn't deny it - but he seemed genuinely annoyed that I would question them about their process, and acted like I was wasting his time. When he discovered their operations manager didn't inform me of the project start date per their usual process, he quickly dismissed it as an anomaly. The more specific my questions were, the more visibly irritated he became, then he just walked away. He didn't seem to care about making things right, he just wanted to move on. They will tell you one thing, deny it later, and push back at you to make it seem like the customer is the problem. Proceed with caution.

Building an upscale home near Fayetteville, TX and my wife desperately wanted wood plank flooring…read more While I was doing about 90% of the work myself on the construction, I didn't have the equipment or time to install the flooring myself so I contacted these guys and paid them almost $10,000 just for the labor to install and put a clear finish on the floor. WORST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE! Couldn't get in to check out the final installation since the poly wasn't dry so I couldn't inspect before handing him the final draw payment. (WHICH WAS IMMEDIATELY CASHED!) When I was able to get in, I was disgusted with the final product. SURFACE NAILING THROUGH MULTIPLE AREAS HIGHLY VISIBLE! OPEN CRACKS BETWEEN EDGE AND END JOINTS! I had made it very clear that the polyurethane finish had to completely fill any cracks and that the top had to be smooth because my wife is a quilter and threads would get down in the cracks on the floor. DIDN'T HAPPEN! Find another company to do your job.
