George came to my home assess a wax stain on my carpet and advised me to first try another service before reaching out to him. If the service he recommended didn't produce results, he would then return to make the repair. He took the time to visit my home, examine the damage and then recommended another (competitive!) service. Its hard to find people this genuine and honest. By the way, the retailer I purchased my carpet from said they do repair their own products for their clients but the service charge starts at $175 whether or not anything could be done. George did not charge for his time and advice. I would call him in a heartbeat if I ever needed his services and as a real estate agent will recommend him to my clients. read more

I have to say Carpet Pharmacy and George the owner are truly amazing. Our carpet had four or five areas where the carpet puckered up. It was pretty bad. At times the carpet would even trip us walking around the house in those areas. George was polite, courteous and his pricing was very affordable for a two bedroom condo. I was in the need of carpet repair and I searched through yelp and came across carpet pharmacy a carpet repair company that was quick to answer the phone and help me with my moms carpet that was damaged by my sons dog. George met me at moms house the next day after I got off work (he was ok working around my schedule) to make the carpet hole look like new again. George explained the details of how he could fix this without mom even knowing , by what he called and if I'm remembering right a bonded insert of a donor piece of the same rug from the hall closet. I was looking for a local expert carpet technician on the web that would be able to restretch the carpet in my living room that had one of those ripples or bumps in it. I called George and made an appointment. He was able to came out within a few days. He was very friendly, prompt and courteous on the phone.
