We've been using Royal Carpet Care for 15 plus years. We just got our yearly carpet cleaned and as usual, we are pleased. This is a well run business. Richie , the owner, is hands-on. He's gotten to know us and our needs. He listens, phone messages are always returned, he's involved and will always find time for you. His technicians are polite and respectful of your home. They also do an excellent job on porcelain floors. Our kitchen floor is 20 years old and when the grout gets dingy we'll have it cleaned . I had a baseboard heater bust in the middle of the night on my second floor, the hot water came through my bedroom ceiling onto the first floor, soaked the sheet rock, insulation, mattress and my rugs. I have used them before in the past for a cleaning and had an amazing experience so I figured I would call to see if they had any suggestions on what to do. Well Richie came to see the damage,, it was not as bad as I thought, I did not have to rip up my rug, and he told me what I had to do. Any other place could have told me I needed this and that but he was so genuine and cared about my dilemma. He also gave me great suggestions on what to do with the sheet rock.
