Mark my salesman took the time to understand my needs and presented a flooring solution well within budget and the quality for the installed price is unparalleled. Manuel and the install crew truly blew me away. I was not able to have anyone on site to "supervise" the installation and had to fully trust they would do a good job. Manuel stayed in communication with me and sent me progress pictures and when I got to the house to see it that night I was stunned. The actual stretch and lay of the carpet was perfect and they had neatly rolled and stacked my remnants. But it was the cutting a square of it as a welcome mat that was the cherry on top, along with not being able to tell they had even been there. There were a few carpet fibers on the driveway but I seriously mean like six of them the clean up was SO GOOD. Call the folks at Carpet Giant (they do other kinds of flooring too). Your future self thanks you. P.S. Please understand and educate yourself about your baseboard situation before having carpet installed. If the baseboard was painted after carpet was installed previously the new carpet pile height should be as tall or taller or you aren't going to like it until you repaint the baseboards for the thinner carpet (or laminate). For reference, we only needed carpet for our media room, so the task was to find something that would be fitting for that room only. Seems easy enough right? My husband went solo first to scope out their selection and spoke with Francisco who was super helpful. I decided to join him on his next trip there to finalize the style of the carpet we wanted. Upon our arrival, no one really greets you. You kinda just walk around on your own and when you're ready to talk to someone, you ask one of their sales people. We first chatted with another sales guy who was ok, but he ended up quoting us $500 more than Francisco originally quoted us....for the exact same carpet. Eventually we were able to work with Francisco and purchase the one we wanted at the right price, including installation and an upgraded padding. Upon delivery, the installer was super nice however he was given the wrong size of carpet so he had to go all the way back, and come another day. When he came again, the carpet provided to him was in two pieces and they were in different colors so he had to go back again. Two mishaps on two different installation appointments. None of which was the installers fault, but there seems to be a lack of communication when the orders are being sorted in the warehouse. Time is money, and they ended up wasting so much of not only their time, but also their product, gas, installation time, and our time. The carpet itself is really good quality, so I wish they had their logistics down a bit better.
