It took about a week to get my 5x8 synthetic rug cleaned (deodorized) and they said they'd try to remove some of the stains my at-home cleaning job left behind using my usual Bissel products. I am delighted! After a very nice chat with Carmen, just yesterday, Carlos and Alejandro arrived on time this morning. They gave me an estimate for the headboard and the sofa and I went with both. WOW! They look like new. I also want to note that they took great care to bumper the corners of my walls and of course, wore masks (properly), and gloves when they began the work. They were very courteous and friendly. I had a total brain freeze and let them leave completely forgetting that my WHITE swivel chairs definitely needed some love. I had a great experience! It was very easy to make an appointment, I called Friday and they came Saturday. They gave a 2 hour window and arrived early. I'm not sure how pricing compares, I honestly did not shop around. I saw good reviews and wanted my couch and rug cleaned ASAP. It took around 90 minutes - 2 hours for both my sectional couch and rug to get cleaned. I was very impressed and amazed! They managed to get a BIG stain out of my couch in addition to a few stains on my rug. Both my couch and rug look brand new and simply feel clean. I paid extra for a sealant to protect the couch, not sure if it works yet. They also cleaned the floors surrounding the couch and my entrance which I appreciated! From my initial call to Kenny (a most personable owner) to the appointment which I was able to snag same day, the technicians at Carpet Savers Carpet Cleaning are totally professional and get the job done. They gave me a two hour window but were nice enough to call when then were 30 minutes away. I will certainly use them in the future. There were a few cat stains (hairballs) that they got rid of in the Berber carpet in my bedroom, and a few in my upstairs office. Chose Carpet Savers because the of the good communication with Kenny and the fact that their cleaners are natural. He also quickly fit me into their schedule and Jay came today to clean the carpet. He was super friendly, the price was fair and the carpet looks great after being wrecked by the dog and kids. He did miss a few spots on the extraction resulting in some wet areas. Procyon was the cleaner used and there is almost no odor. Very happy with the results and will hire these guys again. UPDATE: The wet areas were still wet the next day and turned brown and looked really bad. Carlos came to redo the dirty section. The brown stains are gone but unfortunately there is a strong odor that is still lingering a week later. UPDATE: Kenny reached out to me regarding the odor and explained it was a treatment used for the stains. Carlos and his assistant cleaned the area again. The odor lingered for a few more days but the stains are slightly visible again. Also, on both visits, the carpet was left too wet and took days to dry.
