Lawrence gave me a quote and was prompt (even early). This isn't a company out to make a quick buck, as I've experienced in the past with some others who are in and out of the house in 15 minutes. Lawrence Jr took his time, paid attention to detail and took extra care to make sure that my carpets were clean like new. I will certainly be calling them for my carpet cleaning needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the metro Atlanta area.

Josh came by and gave us a competitive quote for the flooring, taking time to answer any questions. We had other quotes, some cheaper, but none of them matched the customer service of Cleveland Carpets. We waited 8 weeks for the install because we wanted to have Jim do ours floors, and he was booked out. We used Jim before to install floors upstairs, so we knew his work was top notch. Jim is a one man crew, who moved every piece of furniture himself, and put everything back in the exact same place. A few weeks later we had a door installed downstairs, and the contractor had to take up some of the carpet, which left a puffy area by the newly installed door. We called Cleveland, and Josh sent out a tech to reinstalled that area correctly. We asked how much and they said it's no charge. Who does that nowadays. If you need flooring done and want it done perfectly, call this company, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to Cleveland Carpets and their entire staff.

Carpet Depot of Jonesboro recently installed carpet at my house. The salesman lied by omission and…read morewas deceptive. I scheduled an appointment for the salesman to come out and take measurements. The salesman, Scott when taking the measurements had to of observed the doors and the space between the doors and the concrete flooring. Scott, the salesman did not tell me before taking my full payment for installation that doors would need to be trimmed to close properly. The salesman also did not tell me that doors would be removed and left off after work was completed. When, I followed up with Scott, he was initially evasive before eventually making me listen to his long condescending rant explaining how the doors have to be trimmed. Carpet Depot completely glossed over the fact that someone (either installers or retailer that hired installers) should have told me ahead of time that the doors needed to be trimmed. I like most customers don't get carpet installed everyday. Had I known, I would have chosen to have the doors trimmed prior to getting the carpet installed or chosen a company that could do it all at the same.

When purchasing the flooring 3 months later, I removed a room but was still charged for all 3. This was brought to my attention on the day of installation. The worst issue is the floor sample I saw in the showroom is NOT the same floor as installed. I was told by the Store Manager that "you cannot go by the sample". If that's the case, why would I purchase the floor? Everyone who came by or I showed pictures of the floor agreed that the floor was extremely darker than the sample. I was given a verbal offer to "swap out the floor from the same manufacturer" by the Store Manager who ghosted me with phone calls, texts, and in store visits. Avoid much? Very professional....said no one ever! Now let's get to the refund issue. Since I was erroneously charged for 3 rooms and specifically stated I only wanted 2 rooms of flooring, after numerous calls with everyone I could reach out to, it took this company 4 months to finally give me a credit of $663 and change, which at this point, the tax was not included in the refund. I thought using this company would help our community instead of using big companies, i.e., Home Depot or Lowe's. Lesson learned the hard way. Always go with the bigger companies. They want to please their customers. To date, the Store Manager's option "to swap out the floors" has not been followed through. I've asked twice since being refunded and all I hear is radio silence. So you cannot count on anyone's word. Another lesson learned the hard way. Not everyone is going to be honest. Word of advice, do not use this company. They only post the "good reviews". On a positive note, Tiago and Jacques, the installer, were phenomenal!
