We discussed and agreed to the project schedule and expectations. What transpired was a serious lack of transparency and management. We were taken advantage of including paying for work that was never done and were told it was, hurried work that required rework multiple times, schedule slippage by multiple weeks causing us to incur additional costs and rescheduling subsequent contractors. John discussed making things right, however we were well past the point of allowing for this to continue and paid for a different contractor to finish the remaining rework. When they did, the longest they worked was 10am - 4pm. I would call Brian to ask what was going on and he promised me numerous times the job would be done by a certain day and it never was. Both workers smoked constantly (I don't care) and left their cigarette butts all over our yard (I do care.) They left without putting our shutters back up. Brian said the crew thought the shutters were old and we wouldn't want them back up. I would not recommend anyone use them for any work.
