The positive reviews are no joke. I ate at Carrabba's for the first time and I enjoyed every single bite of every food that was served to us. The service was great and our waiter (Keagan) recommended a chicken trio as a sampler, considering it was my first time there and it did not disappoint. If you've never been to Carrabba's, it's comparable to a Olive Garden however I do find the decorations of Carrabba's to be a little bit more elegant.. and the bread is better in my opinion

Carrabba's is my go to whenever I'm Italian food! Let me say I usually go for their happy hour because they moved their amazing wings to hh only! Boooo. Anyways the peach sangria pitcher is always my go to or occasionally blackberry but I prefer peach because it's a little sweeter. I love that they moved a small portion of the mezzaluna a chicken stuffed ravioli to the happy hour menu as well. Honestly I've had every appetizer that doesn't include pork and they are all packed with a flavor punch. When dining for dinner I usually go for the chicken Marsala I am OBSESSED! I always get extra mushroom Marsala because I could swim in the sauce it's so good.

Food is great, especially when you get the $10 take home promo! Quan's service is lovely, very attentive to details & very sweet! Ambiance is clean, great for big groups. One of the restaurants that you can to come back over and over!

I've been to Carrabba's Italian Grill before and had decent experiences, but this was my first time at this particular location--and unfortunately, it will be my last. I decided to treat myself to a solo birthday lunch and when I walked in, it wasn't crowded at all. I actually felt optimistic because I assumed a slower afternoon would mean better service and attention. Boy, was I wrong. During my short visit, I had a total of three different servers, and unfortunately none of them provided good service. There was no consistency, no follow-up, and overall it just felt very disorganized. For my appetizer, I ordered the calamari. It was so dry it felt more like chips than actual calamari. I barely touched it, and to his credit, the first waiter did remove it from my bill. For my entrée, I ordered the shrimp and scallops in vodka sauce. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever, and the scallops tasted old and fishy. At that point, I was pretty much over the entire experience. To make matters worse, I had also ordered the $10 take-home meal, and they completely forgot to prepare it, which caused me to wait even longer. Overall, both the food and the service were subpar. Definitely not the birthday lunch I was hoping for, and I won't be returning.

The food, service, and ambiance was all pretty great. Had a really good time. The wine was pretty good just wish the bottle they sold me was the same year as the one I drank during my dinner.

Shrinkflation and they not evening hiding it. Stopped by to get two orders of spaghetti with extra meatballs and meat sauce, chicken soup, bread, and an order of chicken marsala. I cannot believe they did not even fill up the soup cup nor did they include the extra meat sauce with my two spaghetti dishes. Such a disappointment. And now you only get one loaf of bread---Really!

This restaurant is family owned for a few decades and is one that survived the pandemic because of the loyalty of their patrons. This place has everything you need from a quick bite to a full blown multi course meal. If there is something special desired the owners will go out of their way to accommodate even if not on the menu. As for the staff, this restaurant has provided more work for the local high school population than any other. The turnover is minimal as most have been working here for many years which says a lot about the working environment. This is a beloved local establishment that gives back to the local community in many ways. It's a home away from home with good food, fairly priced menu options and an awesome ambiance. And I would put their wait staff up against the finest restaurants. What comes across is a sincerity to ensure your dining experience is something you want to repeat. I highly recommend a try if ever in the area.

First the positives: I ordered the Gyro with fries and really enjoyed it. Not the best Gyro I have ever had, but good. The other three members of my family ordered different chicken dishes and all three were bad. Overall they were very bland. Using a little seasoning during cooking goes a long way. The chicken on the dishes seemed boiled. I guess this is an easy way to get tender chicken, but man does it remove the flavor! My wife's chicken had tendon and grizzle through out. My daughter's Marsala was gross. Seemed to be a Jared gravy. The wait staff really should not be wearing jeans, especially since the dining room seems nice (except for the paper table cloths.). One of the waitresses had ugly tattoos which no one wants to see at a nice place like this. It's a shame. This place has potential, but the food and wait staff drag it down HARD.

This is definitely an old school Italian place, with dark wood furniture and oversized pasta portions (no complaints from me on that!). The pasta is always cooked exactly right (it's really hard to do pappardelle right as it's such a big noodle and can easily become a wet mess that tears apart on your fork, but each noodle here stayed together and didn't break apart), and the sauces are distinct and flavorful. From the standard sauces like alfredo, to the unique like a lamb ragout, they have deep flavor that keeps you eating until your stomach says no. The waiter was friendly and attentive, engaging my kids as much as me. We also went with the bruschetta, which was tasty (particularly the mozzarella) but I wish had at least one more slice of bread to serve as an appetizer for four. I wasn't overly impressed with the mixed drinks, but I didn't go there for that either.

Sure they have a "Mediterranean" theme. Mexican & Salvadorian. Sure geographically it makes sense. Italian & Mexican. Wait what?! I literally screamed!! Let me explain... I grew up for my formidable years in Worcester MA. My family (parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles except one, aka entire family) were still in HI but I got shipped off because it was supposed to be a boot camp for me so to speak. What a laugh... My uncle couldn't cook to save any of our lives. I am Asian by descent but definitely not a decent Asian. ;) I never knew what Asian food was until well into my high school years (and was forced to move back to HI). I ate at every neighbors house for almost every meal & wouldn't have changed my culinary journeys for the world!! I grew up on a block with 20+ Italian American families, 4 Mexican American families, and 1 (mine) token Asian family. In the 80s Worcester was definitely a version of Little Italy!! But there were some Mexican influences that we as kids got to enjoy. So when I saw MR, I immediately reverted back to my childhood days & had to stop by to check them out. I haven't found many Italian/Mexican restaurants in my travels... There isn't much info on FB, IG, or Yelp. The first thing I noticed as I entered MR is that English was definitely NOT the language spoken by both patrons & the server/bartender. I don't mean any offense by that. Just an observation. :) I will fully admit I'm not an expert as far as Authentic Mexican food is concerned. But as I grow older, supposedly wiser, & definitely more anti-social... I've learned that authenticity, while appreciated & celebrated is not what I look for at the end of my meal. I look for 1) TASTE. 2) TEXTURE. 3) PRESENTATION. That's what makes me satisfied & happy when it comes to any meal (in that order). Italian is & always will be my favorite but Korean & Mexican are a tie for second! (Wasn't always that way)!! Asian food wasn't even on my "list" until my early 30s?! However, I adore Korean Tacos and Kimchi with my pasta so hence my comment about taste vs authenticity. Anywho... I ordered the two items that were recommended by my server. Steak Burrito. (3.5 stars). The steak is cubed but a little tough to chew. However, the burrito is a very generous portion & cheesy. I did find it interesting that the filling also has romaine lettuce & avocados (which is nowhere on the menu description). First time I've had that combo but texturally it worked... crunchy, creamy, chewy...? I do wish the plate was kept under the salamander for another minute to get the cheese melted completely & slightly crispy on the edges... but still a hearty dish. Lengua Tacos. (3 stars). I grew up with a Yucatán influenced version of Mexican food. All of our Mexican American neighbors emigrated from the Yucatán which relies heavily on RED ONIONS. This is why I probably still adore red onions (or any Onions) BUT still cannot stomach white/round/yellow onions!... NOPE. Yuck. I ordered the Lengua tacos & asked that the cilantro & onions be put on the side because I was told that MR uses white onions. Great I thought! Won't have to pilfer through the disgusting white onions!! Ummm... GONG!!! WRONG. The lengua is already cooked together with white onions so just be aware of that when you order it. Asking for the onions on the side was pointless for me. The lengua was tender & had a nice chew. Tortillas were fresh & greatly appreciated. Even though I wasn't absolutely blown away by my first visit. I'll definitely come back to try some other dishes at MR. Perhaps I may try their Italian dishes... Doubtful but the Mexican dishes definitely have some redeeming qualities that have piqued my interest... for at least another round!! Parking is available in a shared lot. I do wish MR well.

Charging extra for every single topping might be fine if you actually got a decent amount of them... but this was barely anything. The vegetables were diced so small it felt like we got maybe an eighth of a green pepper, a few mushrooms, and onions that were basically nonexistent. We ordered the thin crust, and look... I'm not expecting Chicago... but if you're offering thin crust and square cut, you should know how to do it right. This wasn't it. The crust was like eating a stale cracker... with a solid two inches of hard, overcooked edge. The actual pizza had barely any cheese, and what was there somehow still felt underdone. And the sauce... no flavor at all. It honestly tasted like straight-up canned tomato sauce with zero seasoning. And honestly... the most frustrating part of this entire experience was the app. It is absolutely not user friendly. It kept glitching, throwing errors, and wouldn't let us move forward when we tried to apply a coupon. We restarted the order three separate times before finally just giving up and starting from scratch. At that point, it already felt like more effort than it was worth. Which is what makes this even more disappointing... we were actually trying to give this place a real shot because we're so sick of chain pizza. We wanted something better... something local... and this was just a letdown on every front. Also... in what world is $50 okay for a pizza and a sandwich like this? Way overpriced for what you get, and definitely not worth it. Safe to say we can mark this one off the list... So far, the original Padrino's Pizza is still the top contender around here... but wow... I miss Chicago food
