Order via DoorDash so did not go to store to see interior. After the recent snow/ice storm I was snowed in but was able to order in food thru DoorDash. The food arrived fresh and hot. We ordered the steak and cheese sandwich which was really good, I'd order again. Also got a cheese pizza I think called ny style which is a thin and floppy sort. I think I'm officially at the point where I just need to accept that there's no good pizza in this area... Let's start with the obvious... the pricing. Charging extra for every single topping might be fine if you actually got a decent amount of them... but this was barely anything. The vegetables were diced so small it felt like we got maybe an eighth of a green pepper, a few mushrooms, and onions that were basically nonexistent. We ordered the thin crust, and look... I'm not expecting Chicago... but if you're offering thin crust and square cut, you should know how to do it right. This wasn't it. The crust was like eating a stale cracker... with a solid two inches of hard, overcooked edge. The actual pizza had barely any cheese, and what was there somehow still felt underdone. And the sauce... no flavor at all. It honestly tasted like straight-up canned tomato sauce with zero seasoning. And honestly... the most frustrating part of this entire experience was the app. It is absolutely not user friendly. It kept glitching, throwing errors, and wouldn't let us move forward when we tried to apply a coupon. We restarted the order three separate times before finally just giving up and starting from scratch. At that point, it already felt like more effort than it was worth. Which is what makes this even more disappointing... we were actually trying to give this place a real shot because we're so sick of chain pizza. We wanted something better... something local... and this was just a letdown on every front. Also... in what world is $50 okay for a pizza and a sandwich like this? Way overpriced for what you get, and definitely not worth it. Safe to say we can mark this one off the list... Absolutely disgusting I have never in my life had food this bad. We drove up from Florida after 14 hours of being on the road. We finally got to the hotel and we're starving. We saw that the hotel had this flyer in in it and ordered from them after spending my life savings on this food they screwed up the order so badly I could've wound up in the hospital. I am allergic to some things and they put them on my cheeseburger. I cannot have onions and they put onions on my cheeseburger, not only a couple a lot of them. They also put mustard which I requested no mustard. On top of it all they kept me on hold for almost 15 minutes to check and see what they can do and then came back and said we'll get your cheeseburger out to you with no mustard and no onions and I said well thank you very much but that's not gonna help considering now. I'm gonna be eating at 9 o'clock at night. The food had no flavor whatsoever. They're Zeppoli's was just fried dough. It wasn't a true Zeppoli. Well the cheese bread was good.. That was really the only thing that was good. We also had no silverware no napkins no condiments. The fries were cold and soggy. The food was absolutely disgusting and the attitude that I got when I called it was ridiculous. It was like I killed their children. I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered from here today through instacart, I don't even know how they have 4.6 on there. I ordered a lasagna and pizza. The pizza was edible but the lasagna was horrible. This definitely did not taste homemade. The layer of cheese on top was like rubber, I'm guessing from being reheated, the whole thing tasted bland and there wasn't really any meat in it. Ordered a delivery of a pizza and salad at 5:30 to be delivered at 7:45. At 7:45 the app still showed making the pizza. I called twice then I was told it was on the way. The pizza was cold and my gyro salad was warm. Lettuce and cucumbers were translucent since the gyro had obviously been sitting on it for awhile. I believe they made it in advance and let it sit then promptly forgot about it until I called (at 8 pm). Then it miraculously "just left". Plenty of pizza places out there. I had a craving for pizza while in the mall and decided that Paisano's would be my last stop on my way home. The craving had to be bad if I was out in the pouring ran to go get this pizza. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I drove straight here to take a deeper look at the menu to narrow down what it was that I wanted. After much internal deliberation, I decided to go with the BBQ Chicken pizza. As I approached the counter to place my order I was greeted by the most nonchalant of persons. She was just there, for a lack of better words. I did ask one small question to which she answered and once I placed my order and paid was advised it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. She was not rude at all, she was just not friendly, which was slightly disappointing. Lack luster customer service can make or break and entire dining experience. Had I not had my mouth set on this pizza from this establishment, I would have turned around and walked right out the door. At minimal, a greeting goes a long way. I waited at one of the table for the pizza to be made and it was delivered to me at the table by a gentleman who thanked me for my order and told me to have a nice day. Which was refreshing all things considered. Even after driving home the pizza was still warm and tasted delicious. It was like a sweet success for trenching in the rain to retrieve it. I can not attest to the other food items here but the pizza is definitely worth it. The BBQ sauce had a healthy balance of sweet ans savory at the same time. The chunks of chicken were decent yet some pieces were drier in taste that others. The BBQ sauce helped to overcome that minor detail. Surprisingly it was not greasy either! I like their food BUT their delivery service sucks. I ordered online around 10-ish AM and I was the first one to order online. The delivery time they emailed me was between 12:15-12:25 PM. Food arrived 1:27 PM! I don't know if it was their delivery service's fault or Paisano's itself. I don't live far from their Woodbridge branch so distance wasn't the problem. I've eaten at this location once, but at my old job in Dulles the crew ordered from them all the time, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. I did the order online and their website is great and worked fine. I ordered in advance and requested the deliver be there for 7:30pm. I think it arrived around 7:45 or so, which was fine. I thought it would be later because it was a massive storm that came though. The delivery driver was nice and efficient. I'd paid and tipped in advance so all I had to do was sign the receipt. The pizza was to me just ok. I don't know if it was because of the distance, but the crust seemed a bit soggy and chewy. My husband liked the flavor but mentioned the same thing about something weird going on with the crust. I liked that the wings came unsauced. The buffalo sauce and blue cheese were on the side. I decided to just have blue cheese, which was amazing. Huge chunks of blue cheese just the way I like it. I also like that the wings were fried and not baked. I liked the crispness a lot. Although I did think the wings were rather small. I would order from them again, because I'd like to give their subs a try. Pretty good food but poor customer service. We ordered food tonight to be delivered. The food came in about 40 minutes however about 10 minutes later we realized we didn't have the dressings for our salads. I called the store who told me it would take up to 45 minutes for them to bring our dressings to us. An hour and a half later I called to see where the dressings were and the woman told me that she thought I told her earlier not to deliver it. Not apologetic and certainly not helpful. read more
