I'm in the military and have to attend so many events and the worst part is when the microphone doesn't work or the speakers are placed in places where you can't hear or have an echo because speakers and microphones aren't synced up properly. The DJ was well spoken and had smooth transitions between changing songs to going from music to speeches. I don't know how much my brother paid for this service but the wedding went from 4:30-10:30. I know they were there an hour early setting up. I don't live in Prescott, AZ, but when I see quality I feel it is important to point it out. I would highly recommend Grateful Soundz Entertainment.

With the 10 hours of music that I chose, it could easily have filled up the entire reception. My main qualm is that I chose the song "where the hell is my husband" for our grand entrance and it began playing in the middle of the song. The beginning is the most important part & that was underwhelming / awkward. Good lighting though and a decent price as far as I know! The DJ was friendly as well.

What more could a person planning a wedding want? They have an online portal system which made it very easy to let the DJ know what you would like him to do/say/play on your wedding. The DJ assigned to my wedding was DJ Fred and he was awesome!! On the day of my wedding, he did everything as we discussed- played all of the correct songs, didn't mess up names... the best part though was how he 'vibed' with my wedding guests and played what he thought people wanted to dance to (I told him to 'vibe' it) which was SPOT ON. We agreed…read moreto a price for an outdoor wedding months in advance and shortly there after I was threatened with them booking another event so I paid them in full. Then all of the months following all I heard about was how they didn't want to do the venue because of how little they were making. Then the bride made an appt to go over the music choices and they never showed up. Then they came to the wedding and it rained during the day but not through the ceremony or the reception. They did not play music during the ceremony. I confronted the DJ, Kyle, and asked when he was going to be playing and he said he wasn't. He told me he already ruined his shoes and he was going home. I already gave him a $100 tip and was forced to pay for his shoes in order for him to play some music. I had to provide a cover, tarps, towels and electricity for him. I could have gotten the same effect out of a boom box. He played for an hour and then said there was a dark cloud approaching and he had to leave. I have felt like these people did not want the business from the beginning and they did everything they could not to help us. They claim they are outdoor specialists but clearly do not know how to cope with the outdoors. Outdoor specialists should have more provided then what they did. Like I said, whatever you do, DO NOT hire this company! The caterer I got said they have worked with the company before and have had nothing but complaints. All my guests said it was the worst company they have ever seen.
