I will say that they posted that they were having an issue with their hot water lines so some of their machines were cold water only on the cycles but they were clearly labeled and had plenty of signs explaining what was going on and that they were working on it. Here was the price break down: Top loaders: 3.75 Front loaders: 6.75 + 1.00 extra for "super rinse" Dryers: .25 for 5 min any temp Mega loaders - not sure, just said "Time left" and a slot for quarters Soap Center - 1.50 each There's a kid's area, a snack machine, change machines take 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s, and an ATM. Also a couple of arcade games. Staff does not have change but they do offer a wash and fold service on site if interested.

My daughter's satin dress was full of stains and they got everyone out! Then when I went to pick up my clothes the lady mentioned that she found money, $100 in the suit pocket. She gave back the $100 and when I tried to give her a $20 tip for her honesty, she refused to take it. I told her that she has my word that I will back for all my dry cleaning. Unfortunately, that ended today. I brought in a brand-new silk scarf from a local boutique. I specifically asked if they could handle the delicate material and was told yes. The service cost $60--more than I even paid for the item on sale--but I was happy to pay for professional work. When I picked it up, the silk was ruined; it "clumps" and no longer drapes. When I returned to ask for help, the owner was dismissive, put the item directly under a steamer without a protective cloth, and when I asked for a partial refund or discount due to the damage, he told me: "Not my problem." As someone dealing with a recent chronic diagnosis, this scarf was a rare treat for myself. To be treated with such zero empathy and zero accountability is unacceptable and, just sad.

It's a great bonus that drying is free when you use the washers so it makes the price worth it. The workers are always extremely kind and helpful.
