STAY AWAY, scratched my truck, called and was told by the girl answering the phone that the owner "Justin Stone" was on vacation and took my info and went on to say he would call me back. Never received a call and I had my buddy take care of the scratches by buffing. I have had issues with this location before but damage to a $70k truck is unacceptable, I will never go thru this craphole again! This car wash is a joke! This is the second time that it has ripped me off today it was only for a dollar but it literally told me it couldn't give me any change and then when it printed my receipt so that I could show that it ripped me off it gave me a blank piece of paper! Never again. read more

Never take your car through this car wash. I own a car wash business and to see the quality of their car wash my car still had dirt attached to the paint of my car after running it through. I also payed with a 20 dollar bill and there is no way to get my change back, the UDF said that they aren't responsible for giving change back. The worst car wash in the area!!! read more

I have been going here for years. I buy the pre-paid card which gives you more washes than if you paid in cash or with a standard credit or debit card. I use the newly updated automatic wash bins. The $14 selection is the highest level wash with high powered sprayers, soap, special rinse, and blow dry. The lowest "quick fix" is $9. There are vaccuums ($1) and cleaning supplies available (free). read more

I loved when Carriage House first opened this new automatic car wash. The location is super convenient and the wash tunnel seems to do a better job than most car washes I've been to however, everything else has been a total disappointment. I signed up for monthly unlimited based on the fact that you would then have free use of vacuum. I could never figure out how to use the free vacuum so always paid additional $2 on every visit then after 3 months I finally am informed that the vacuum is only included in the 2 most expensive wash packages. (Fine print which has since been updated for customers, oh well for me). So I upgrade to one of the 2 higher monthly unlimited packages and guess what??? Still , No Free Vacuum! Are you kidding me? I have contacted so many times about this and receive a few paragraphs with vague instructions on how to activate your free use of the vacuums without having to eventually give up and feed in another $2. Unlike most people I am more concerned with how the inside of my car looks bc I'm in it nearly every day! Just so frustrating and if the wash tunnel isn't reading your plate correctly at night good luck trying to back out of the curved entrance without tearing up your tires and rims with curb rash. Yet, I still pay monthly, hoping for a miracle I guess. Thinks it's past time to cancel. Oh, I forgot one thing. When I first signed up I asked about the 1st month for 50% off and they said "no, we don't do that" so, ok but you pounded me with text messages for 12 weeks leading up to Christmas offering the same promotion to anyone I would purchase another membership for! Worst car wash in Southern Ohio. Paid $12.00 and the bottom four inches on the frame on a 2012 Cadillac never gets contact with the brushes. Moreover, wheels do not get cleaned either. The place has been a disappointment for years, I give up, good bye forever. I have revisited this establishment and they have finally corrected the equipment and the $8.00 car wash now does a nice job. read more

Skip this wash if you value your car's paint. I ended up with scratches on both sides of my vehicle. If you have a beater you don't care about, then by all means, go for the cheap wash. But even the wash didn't rock. My car had just been handwashed and the windstorm blew leaf/pollen debris on one side which I wanted off- it didn't even remove all the leaf debris/pollen. read more

Carriage House Auto Spa provides very competitive price with a good results. The machine cleans my car and leave no dirty spots.. And I don't see any scratches from it either. One small complaint is that I don't think it take cares under body well enough, but I guess it's not a big problem unless it's winter time with a lot of snow. read more

I have video of being stuck in this car wash with a 3/4" thick X 2' long rope(that was wrapped around a brush) beating the heck out of my car for maybe 2-3 minutes. Called the number on the wall immediately. Rick(I think that was his name) showed up quickly. We both agreed it was hard to see much in the dark and I'd call him the next day. He explained they also have a detail service and would take care of any scratches. I called the next day and left a voicemail that I do have some small dents on the roof of my car but I'm not overly concerned because they aren't visible(trying to be realistic-wasn't going to stick them with a heavy repair bill for a Mercedes GL450) and that I also have scratches. I couldn't guarantee they were from the car wash but was pretty certain they were. I told him I would take him up on the detail offer. Never heard back from them. read more

One of the biggest rip offs when it comes to getting your vehicle washed and clean. The self service washes take your quarters with no credit. If your swipe your debit or credit card your guaranteed to be charged 15.00 bucks even tho the machines are supposed to charge accordingly to the amount of time you take washing your vehicle. The automated wash will leave your vehicle wet. Soaking wet, dripping water all over your vehicles paint makes for nice water spots everywhere. If you have an issue and want to talk to someone responsible dial the number they have on the sign it doesn't get you anything but a voice recording. Biggest scam around town the Loveland car wash isn't much better. Guess it's to much to ask to have a quality car wash around. Gave the auto spae more than one chance and all I can say is save your money wash your vehicle in your driveway and save the headache read more

After having difficulties with the car wash, which can happen to anyone at any time, a phone call was made to the owner requesting a refund. The owner promptly called back expressing regret for the issues. The money which was lost was sent back to me, along with a gift card for a free car wash. I have used there services before with pretty good results. However recently I paid for the top car wash package in one of their automatic bays. I did not receive the package I paid for and there was no one around to tell. When I emailed the next morning from a link on their page, I expected a response and a solution. Five days later and no response yet. So I am left feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority. In a time when customer satisfaction is so important because of competition I guess this small business doesn't feel the same way. I will take my business elsewhere, and suggest you consider doing the same. read more
