Hotel is older and our room was pretty run down and unfortunately it wasn't as clean as I'd like. There was trash on the floor when we checked in. The walls are so thin we could hear the TV next door until well after 3am. Staff was great though and breakfast was very good, we had it for 3 mornings and it's always very busy and the same thing. Eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, sausage, gravy, fruit, yogurt and oatmeal plus cereals and milk. Orange and apple juice plus coffee. If the buses are there you can expect it to be super busy but they have seating at the bar next door and outside the restaurant in the downstairs lobby so plenty of seating. Pool and hot tub area could use a revamp as could most of the building. We really loved the Veterans hall and wanted to say Thank you for honoring those that have served our country. Another plus is it's a great location and easy walk to the Boardwalk or Cakes and Creams.

This was our first time to stay here. Very clean. Staff were great at check in. Our breakfast was included. It was ok. Very busy.

Booked stay at Thousand Hills Resort Hotel with a 3rd party entity. Arrived at the hotel and while attempting to check in a timeshare salesperson interrupted the process. My no's to visit a presentation didn't deter him from constantly intruding. When we finally entered the room you knew it was sanitizing time. Grab my Lysol spray and sanitizer wipes, went to work. I had sanitized most of the room when I realized there wasn't a shower curtain, the tub was dirty as well as the soap dish. I called the front desk, of course it was busy. Eventually , someone picked up. I relayed my concerns and the guy sad he would have maintenance bring me a shower curtain to put up I asked him who did he expect to put up the shower curtain. His reply, "You can if you like." Whew! Told him sir, I'm not laughing. At this point he offered another room. but why do their job and sanitize another room. Bad decision! As I looked around I spotted with my little eyes more issues. Whew! No manager available to address my new concerns, because he was dealing with another upset customer. Upon checking out I relayed issues related to my stay to the young lady at the desk. Once again no manager was available. The young lady looked at me as to say what do you expect me to do about it? Whew! I hope this helps someone decide on where they should stay when visiting Branson. See photos of the issues in my room.

This is the hot tub after the pool / hot tub were opened almost an hour after the time listed on the door.

I booked this room after I called to make sure the pool was in working order for our son's 8th birthday -this is all he wanted. Last night we weren't able to swim cause the pool & hot tub was full of men (all men in the pool area would turn any family away). We decided to get up early before we checked out so he could swim, we got downstairs at 8am (the door states the pool opens at 8am) and we stood around and called the front desk twice. The second call we were informed the maintenance guy wasn't even at the hotel yet so basically they can't open the pool. We were told they don't have keys to unlock it. This was disappointing not only because we called prior to booking & if the pool hours are 8am until 10pm then guests expect it to be open at the time listed, but because the pool is the one thing our son asked to do for his birthday. The pool finally opened close to 9am, but again it was crowded & now the hot tub was out of service. This is very disappointing. Let's not mention the bland breakfast & the "sausage" ...GROSS! The room smelled like someone had smoked in it then odorant was used to cover up the smell - MUSTY! We arrived at 5:30 to check in and our room wasn't even clean - outside the door had trash from previous guests!

Mini fridge had mold in it and smelled horrible

We attempted to stay here this past week for our honeymoon. As soon as we walked in to the lobby the vibes were weird. It was crowded and seemed really tiny and boxed in. It felt like a cruise ship, and not a good one. When we checked in the guy was super nice and said we could get free tickets to shows if we sat through a 90 minute presentation about time shares they offer. We thought that was a little weird but it's a touristy town so we didn't think much of it and went up to our room. When we got to the room it got way worse. I noticed a lot of stains and surfaces seemed like they hadn't been wiped down. I went to the bathroom and there were tiny hairs on the toilet seat. The corners of the floor and bathtub were disgusting as well and it was very outdated (we had the "updated" king room). The bed itself seemed fine so I tried to get over it. I opened the window and noticed a mystery stain on the curtain, and went to sit on the red chair they have in there. When I got up, I noticed a crusty stain on the chair and that was when I thought "I have to get out of here." I even opened the mini fridge which had a rotting smell, mold inside, and dead bugs. I told my husband we had to go. We went downstairs to ask to cancel the reservation and the girl helping us was actually so sweet and helpful! She and her shift lead told me their manager wasn't there but they would put in a request to get us a full refund. They asked if we wanted to just switch rooms and weren't pushy when I told them no. The girl even called me personally the next day to ask if we got the refund and when I told her no she said she would personally talk to the manager. We saw the refund come through shortly after this. The staff was amazing but it seems like the hotel is too big for them to keep clean which is definitely an issue with whoever owns this place. I've never left a hotel before and it would have had to be pretty awful for me to have just gotten done driving for 6 hours to check back out and have to venture out to find another hotel with no guarantee of finding one. We ended up at the Holiday Inn Express down the street thankfully. This place has a lot of false advertising and needs a whole revamp. I took pictures before we left in case the staff needed proof but they never asked, just took my word which was nice.

    Blood stains room 509

It's absolutely terrible. Please do not come here for vacation. 1) good luck bringing in your suitcase on their inclined parking 2) we asked the staff 3 times now to clean the room. No service. 3) blood stains on our sheets and bed 4) sofa has a stain. 5) staff is not helpful either Do not come here.

The Branson Ozarks Inn, now operating as a Days Inn by Wyndham, fit the bill perfectly. Location was a huge win -- the theatre was just a few blocks away, so we didn't have to deal with any hassle getting there. Check-in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. Is the place a little dated? Sure. But you can tell they're in the middle of making upgrades, and the effort shows. Our room was clean and comfortable, which is really all that matters for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area -- a nice little touch for winding down after the show. This isn't a luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. At around $80 a night, you're getting solid value for your money, especially with how close it is to the theatre district. We'd absolutely stay here again next time Branson calls us back.

I booked this room well over a month ago and requested a very clean and quiet area room on the 1st or top floor. They did not have either and put me on the 3rd floor. I checked in for a five-night stay. I woke up on the second morning with bedbug bites all over my upper body. I informed the front desk, and they checked the room and found an infestation behind my headboard. They moved us from room 310 to 424 and took one night's charge off our bill. I asked for and got an incident report from the front desk and filled it out. The following day, I went to get it signed and was very rudely helped(?) by the Assistant. Mgr. (Kimberly Dixon). She grabbed the form and scribbled on it so hard that it ripped the form, and she just tossed it back to me. I decided to cut our trip short and check out a day early. Now, after I got home, I checked my credit card account, and they charged another $219.20. I immediately called the hotel to see what the additional charge was for. The front desk person I talked to said she did not know and to call back the next day to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, she called me and said the charge was for damage to the headboard caused by rubbing alcohol. I called the assistant manager the next day, and she said the same thing. She said that I sprayed rubbing alcohol on the headboard, damaging it. I asked her how she knew I sprayed alcohol. At first, she said she had a video recording of it, and I asked her if the hotel was recording my room. I asked her multiple times if my room was recorded. Then she started to change her story, saying that the housekeeper watched me spray. No way that happened since I always have the do not disturb sign on the door. And then she changed her story yet again that the housekeeper said that the headboard did not have any spots on it. She then stated that there would be no refund of the $219.20 and then hung up the phone. I came face to face with the manager and other desk personnel daily, and no one bothered to ask how I was doing or if I needed additional care. I have never suffered from bedbugs in my life, but I am still suffering from the itching and inflammation with mentally and physically exhausted from the entire experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not pay the $219.20 without any proof.. I have suffered, and this has caused me to shorten/ruin my trip. The managers and front desk personnel are very unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel is below Hampton Inn's standards. Would put -Stars if I could.
