Common sense would show that if a customer ordered an unlimited monthly wash, but never used the car wash one time in the following two months, they didn't order it. Apparently this is a common scam at several of the Tidal Wave car washes in our area, as my bank said they have dealt with quite a few complaints about fraudulent charges from numerous customers.

My car hasn't shined this nicely in a long time. They even did some additional tidying up on their own and I can't be happier. Superb service and superb clean up. I frequent this car wash any time I'm in the Stuart's Draft area. For those unfamiliar with this location they also have vacuums located in the back as well as 2-3 handheld wash bays. I love the Cougar Car Wash!!!!! I would like to see more of a variety of air fresheners :)
