It was very interesting because there were parties smaller than us and they all seemed cramped as well. We sat at the corner table right when you walk in on the left, we all had to sit on the bench because the circular table in the middle of the space blocked us from sitting on the other side of our table. It was very awkward because it was hard for our party to get out and the other table was full and wasn't being helpful by scooching a bit haha. The eggs are cooked perfectly! The contrast of the cheddar against the chorizo and sriracha mayo is wonderful and the peppery arugula comes through at the end. I would eat one every morning if my wallet/waist could afford it! The cafe is both large and small (you'll really only understand if you go) but I never have an issue finding somewhere to sit. In the warmer months, it's really nice to sit outside in their patio area. The staff is always accommodating and the place is well kept. I would have liked to see more of a coffee menu. For a cafe I'd expect some more options than latte, mocha, espresso, macchiato and americano. There's nothing different or special about those. I had the corned beef hash. It really had no flavor of corned beef at all. Someone else in my party had it too and said the same thing. It was just ok. Service: it was fine. No complaints or anything to write home about. Everyone was friendly and inviting when we walked in right at opening. It's been several years since we've been here and it definitely has changed in terms of food quality unfortunately.

(I found that "courtesy" call amusing, she had time for this call but not enough for a courtesy call to let me know my food was waiting for 45 minutes under a lamp). I immediately called back after I saw the accusation on my voicemail transcript, vehemently denied it and asked her to tell me exactly what profanity was used. I heard her ask Alana while I was on the phone. I also asked over speakerphone. Of course Alana had no response - she muttered something along the lines "oh so much has happened in the last hour I just can't remember". That's because it was all a lie designed to make herself a victim. It was just her entitlement at work - she was mad and thought of a way to get back at me by making up a lie. I'm sure this has worked in the past for her. It may work in the future. She should be fired for making up such an egregious lie really, but based on the "courtesy" call I feel Angel is likely supportive of these sorts of tactics. Alana felt she could easily accuse the big bad man of verbal abuse with profanity and everyone would just believe her - and they did for a while. While I understand Angel standing up for her staff, she did so with absolutely no evidence. How on Earth can you leave some long chastising voicemail on someone's phone accusing them of cursing at a woman on the street and you didn't check for video, and don't even know exactly what was said? Alana is actually a dangerous person - to make a false accusation like this against a grown man with a family is absolutely insane. Parents, keep your sons away from this person! This is a girl who needs to be seeing a therapist or something. Imagine how nuts you have to be to make up a story about a customer then watch your boss call them knowing you lied.
