If you have to deal with Krutz please please make sure you get the inspection done before you give a deposit because you might just get duped and not get your whole deposit back on a house that had a bad inspection. I gave $1000 dollar deposit to the realtor company Krutz out of Canajoharie NY to buy a house in Fort Plain NY Turns out it failed the inspection and the owners only want to agree to give me $500 of my $1000 back because they have to sign off on it. It failed inspection for the reasons listed: basement wall was leaning inward, the basement also has water marks that go above the furnace platform, mold in the basement, all the electric was not grounded even though it has the grounded outlets which is very dangerous and the roof has a wavey/warped raised section in the metal part. These are all very costly repairs.
