These folks are everything you'd want in a locksmith, or any service business, or even a friend. They are sweet and reliable people that know their stuff. When you call in, you're going to talk to Kathy. She runs the office, and her husband Alex is the locksmith. They both know a LOT about locks, and it shows. We've used them for a couple different types of projects, and they aren't just on top of it and capable, but they're also honest. They've saved me money a couple of times when they could've charged more, and offered some great advice that kept us from needing a service call as well. Alex has replaced regular locks for us, installed keypad locks, and even basically built a brand new cylinder lock for an old garage of a type that no one uses any more. I'm worried that when he retires, we'll have to replace the whole door, but hopefully he'll be around for many years to come. I don't know if you have a ton of options when it comes to locksmiths in Hamilton County, but I do know I've worked with plenty of them in many counties, and these are the best ones I've ever come across.
