It was the Oreo blizzard sheet cake with a red border. That's it. Given it had the happy birthday and name but not at all what I expected. I contemplated taking the cake as is, as I hate complaining about anything but decided to speak to someone about possibly getting it fixed. I know it sounds ridiculous but it mentally took all that I had to explain what was needed and why it wasn't what I had ordered/wanted. I was told they would try their best to fix it. I waited 45 minutes to be called to the counter and told that they couldn't fix it. Instead, they gave me 3 round cakes to give the equivalent amount and of the original sheet cake. The cakes were exactly what I wanted. I was given my money back (without prompt, I insisted against it). I was also helped with the cakes taken to my car and a hugged the sweet women that helped make this whole experience complete. I wish I knew your names but I would vouch for both of you any day of the week for your pure kindness and humanity toward the emotionally wrecked woman that I was that day.
