They witnessed her mistreating a young woman who was training there, and today I personally experienced her arrogant, rude, and disrespectful behavior. I asked to speak with the owner, and she refused to call him. I had to raise my voice for him to come out so I could inform him about the type of employee he has. I hope he reassigns her to a position behind the scenes, without direct contact with customers.
