It's in a busy area, and there appears to be a staffing issue when it comes to bagging groceries. On multiple occasions, while the cashier was diligently scanning my items, I noticed there was no one available to assist with bagging. To make matters worse, during a separate visit, a staff member opted to chat with my child instead of helping with the bags. This left me puzzled and somewhat frustrated. As I'm not an employee here and employee should never idly sit by and watch me do their job. I want to emphasize that given the store's busy location, it's essential that there are enough staff members available to handle these tasks. The current situation doesn't seem to align with the store's standards, and for a location that is in up and coming area, with all the new construction around. They need to get it together because when the Publix is built across the street you will lose half of your business.
