He even shops around when parts are needed to make sure you're getting the best price. The quality of work and fast turn around time makes him my go to mechanic. I should have read the reviews before…read more Don't make the same mistake I did.** Dropped off my car on Dec 29 to have the radiator replaced and it was suppose to be ready on the 30th. They called me on the 30 to tell me they ordered the wrong part and that it won't be ready until Jan 3. On Jan 3 they called me to tell me the fans are not working now and that if I drive it like that it can mess up the radiator. I told them to replace the fans. Total was about $1800. When I picked up my car I didn't notice anything but in the afternoon my son noticed a huge scratch/ dent on the passenger side. When I picked up my car they had it parked where the scratched were hidden. I went back right away, Ester took pictures and said she will look at the cameras and call me back. The next day I didn't receive a call back so I called right before they closed. Ester told me my car arrived that way and sent me the video. If she had already seen the videos how come I didn't get a call back?? Clearly in the video you cannot see the damage. Her cursor is pointing elsewhere. I spoke to Officer Fisher and he stated I would have to take them to court because it is a civil issue. Someone in that auto shop knows who did it and it's pathetic how they don't own up to it. Hope this review makes you think twice before using this auto shop. Consider yourself warned!! I added pictures below.

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.

I took my Truck there with Running engine for repair. I asked them estimate, they wanted me to wait for 1 Hour. After that they gave me estimate of $4500 for some repairs on the Truck. It looked expensive to me and I wanted to Try another mechanic to make sure I'm not being over charged. Guess what? They car was not Running any more. They opened many parts from engine. I asked the mechanic to put it back on, He was very Rude and said: NO, YOU NEED TO PAY AT LEAST 4-5 Hours Labor to me, (4x$120), Minimum $500 to put them back on. They never had my permission to take off parts from engine for Diagnostic. I asked Manager to Talk and the Manager was even Worst and Rude. He was forcing to charge me. They never put parts back and I Had to get Tow truck to take out my car because I was sure their plan is to just charge you, No matter what. I called Tow truck to come and take it to another mechanic. Finally they charge me $100 for Diagnosing fee and my car was Not running any more. I payed a lot to tow the car to different mechanics and No one touched the car because some else took parts out and cut the bolts off. A few weeks later any other mechanics recommended me to take it to the original shop who took the engine apart and ask the to put parts back and make engine running like it was originally for Diagnosing and repair. I went back to the shop and talked to the Manager Which still was so Rude. Asked Him to fix the Car With His original Estimate around $4500. Guess what? This time he said $6500 for same repair. What normal person or Owner Does that? That was unbelievable. I asked them to do at least for $5500 for same original estimate of $4500. Same work just because I left and had to come back. They knew it and it was part of their plan. The manager said No. You have to pay $6500, Nothing less. I asked him to put the parts back like originally and pay him the labor he wanted. He Said No. I told the Owner I will leave reviews and let other people know about it. He said Do it, I Don't Care about reviews. I had to leave because I was sure even if I pay them the $6500 they never fix it and then want $10,000. The whole car Doesn't worth more that $6000.
