Unfortunately, all of this information was found out AFTER loans were taken out & installation completed. Unfortunately, their lack of knowledge cost us a large financial headache. The reason we hired a company with a contractor is because the contractor is suppose to be knowledgable on the topic at hand. They are suppose to guide their customers in the right direction. Unfortunately they are not as knowledgable as they presented to be. They gave us the runaround for 4 months just to tell us we're out our $$. To make matters worse, I held this company on a pedestal since day one. I recommended them through and through and come to find out, this is now happening to other customers as well!!
