The lady then proceeds to speak to me as if I were a 5 year old and talk down to me and chastize me in front of the customer that "if [I'm] patient, I'll help [you] in a moment.". I thanked her for her offer and said I can pick one out myself. To which she nastily replied that "that's not how we do it here." Really? Hmm... interesting, I thought. Considering that every time I've gone there, no one has ever asked me if I needed help. Ever. I proceeded to find my shade but after 5 minutes of the saleswoman's eye rolling and sighs every time I picked a shade while she helped that other woman, I just couldn't take it anymore. I'm a woman in my 30's, so I'll be damned if someone will treat me that way. So I took my lamps and left. Paid for one shade and drove to Target.
