Even though we signed waivers in advance there was a computer snafu and they had to redo them for our whole party making the check in a fairly long process. In general the communication/ process for getting ready and starting the GoKarting didn't feel super smooth as the passenger but you could tell the staff was organized and knew what they were doing. They were also super flexible when one round they accidentally had child settings on some of our karts and let us redo the round. The go karting was super fun and it was great that we got to do both tracks. Special shout out to manager David. We had dressed up as our dad from various eras for Father's Day and he loved our vibe so much he offered us a free round of virtual darts! The darts were fun although not as thrilling as the GoKarting, kinda similar vibe to bowling. Overall we had a great time go karting and staff was super pleasant and helpful, would recommend.

It looks like they have 16 Tesla chargers and three regular EV green chargers. My car's battery was ~32% and estimated time to charge to 80% was an hour and a half LOL. Saw many cars coming in and leaving after 20-30 min. Not sure if I just dealt with a charger that just had limited charge but seemed oddly long compared to other superchargers I have tried that are 250kW.

Because Eastside still has my money, I also cannot purchase a replacement vehicle while I continue waiting for the refund they promised. I wired Eastside Motoring the full purchase price for a 2018 BMW M3 on July 14. The car was never delivered because Lorenzo said he was unable to obtain the title from the previous owner due to an unresolved dispute. He personally confirmed in writing on August 15 that I would receive a refund, but I am still waiting. I have called, emailed, texted, and left voicemails, including contacting Lorenzo on his personal cell, only to have promised callbacks and updates repeatedly go unfulfilled. I'm disgusted by how this has been handled and have completely lost confidence in this dealership's integrity. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
