The person on the other end of the phone said she would give my contact information to Teresa, which I believe is the owner, and she would have Teresa contact me. That evening, Teresa did contact me and we talked about my issue and she seemed very knowledgeable about my issue and that she would send someone out the next day. The next day came around and I was not told when the Technician was coming out. I assumed I would have been notified in the morning on when the Tech was coming, I was wrong. The Tech came at an inconvenient time, but I did not turn him away because I wanted my issue fixed. The Tech said he needed to order a part and it should be in the following week. One week later and no word. Called the business up and the person on the other end could not help me, so she said she would have Teresa contact me. Teresa did contact me and told me that a Tech will be there either on Monday or Tuesday. Again no specific appointment time was decided upon, but I wanted my issue fixed. Monday came along, no one came out and no one called. By Tuesday late morning, no word. I made four phone calls in the morning and afternoon and each time the person on the other end just took my contact information and said they will give it to Teresa. After my fourth call, a Tech showed up without any notice. I was actually expecting a phone call, but again..I wanted my issue fixed. The Tech replaced the part, but it did not fix the problem. He said that I would need a new transfer switch, which I was willing to purchase and have them install it. I told him I would need an estimate first. He told me that the owners will get in touch with me and give me an estimate on putting in a new transfer switch. It's August 2020 and I haven't heard a word. Recap: I was going to give them one star, but gave them two because of the positive interactions with both the Tech and Teresa. The negatives about my experience: (1.) Lack of communication (2.) Employees can't schedule appointments without contacting the owner. (3.) Employees can't give out status on parts. (4.) Technician shows up unannounced without an appointment.

They were assigned to us by Generac after our purchase of a generator. Normally, I don't spend my time on this type of stuff but I hate the idea that someone else will have to deal with them. So, here I am. When I say them, I mean the woman who runs the day to day operations. First, the technicians were awesome. Seemed knowledgeable and courteous. No issue there. But.... there was an issue with my generator that needed attention. Full disclosure. I know nothing about generators and electricity. I called and the woman that took my call dispatched someone out. Ok - cool. Turns out, root cause was my Internet. Issue: she never explained that if it was an issue outside of Generator ,(my internet) the visit would be on me. How would I know what the root cause was - ha ha. I thought for sure it was the Generator. A simple explanation of that would have given me the chance to think about it and look at other possibilities, but nope - not that day. Then I got the bill. $$$. I called and she basically told me it was on me. After back and forth about non cost disclosures, she got VERY nasty and hung up on me. BAM! Then, SHE called me back - LOL - and said if I don't pay, they would never come back. Ok. I paid the bill in full and called Generac and they assigned me another company closer to home. BTW - Lindsey was a good 1 + hour away. Bottom line - if you ever have a dispute and have to deal with this nasty woman don't say I didn't warn you. She reminded me of an angry X-Wife who pays child support TO ME. Yes I know 1st hand what that's like. Big laughs on that one. What I don't think she knew while she was treating me like a red headed step child was she had just lost Lindsey electrics future $$$ for my service calls during 10 year warranty term. Too bad so sad for them. BUYER BEWARE OF ANGRY KARENS LIKE HER WHO WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. I never take abuse like this from someone I nay and expect respect at the very least. Guess they are doing so well they don't need to keep a solid client base. Dont use them unless you enjoy getting berated and handing them money right after getting treated like crap. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. Turns out, it was Gibson Electric's problem, although I had called them first and they came out and said it was not on their end. Jay spent hours getting to the root of the problem so we could get the heat back on. Jay is so nice, and very through. He was great! I saw him recommended by someone on Next-door and I'm so glad I called him. If you need electrical work he's your guy - you won't find anyone more reasonable, who takes such pride in his work, and who is so darn nice!
