I recently went into this jewelry store to simply get a new battery for my watch. As I leaned over over-the-counter one of the salesperson' s dog who I could not see lunged up and barked within a foot of my face. Well, that was bad enough, but neither the sales person nor the manager offered any apology Rather I was told the dog would rather lick my face than bite Sure didn't feel like that at the time. I say to the both of you now "Go eff yourselves!!" What an unpleasant shopping experience in a type of retailer that I would think would be nothing but highly courteous. My wife just informed me that when she returned to your shop after you were supposed to reset the stone in the engagement and it fell out (luckily she found it)you no remorse was shown and no apology again. Honest, customer-focused, and expert at what they do. I brought a much cherished Movado watch to Carroll's for repair service. Another Jeweler told me many years ago, during an effort to replace the battery, that it needed an expensive repair. Fast forward to yesterday and I took it in to Carroll's for a second opinion. Later that day, and much to my pleasant surprise, I received a text from Rob indicating that someone had removed a small insulator disc that sits beneath the battery.
