The cartridge's to be replaced have been in use since 2005. I then called Ferguson and spoke to Craig Vinson who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He located 3 cartridge's in two other Ferguson supply houses and had them shipped to me. Without him being so diligent I would have a shower that would be totally inoperable. I really appreciate this type of customer service. Today people are so lazy and only seem to be interested in their weekly paycheck. Service for the most part is a thing of the past.
