I never received the estimate on Monday, May 19, nor during the entire week that followed or the following week afterward. I followed up again on Wednesday, May 27 in the early afternoon and spoke with a sales representative, who stated that he had my estimate and would send it later that afternoon because he was currently in Boston. As of 9:00 PM today, I still had not received anything. At this point, I no longer want the estimate because I do not trust this company. In my experience, the level of professionalism, communication, and reliability has been extremely poor. If the company did not already have online reviews, I would honestly question whether the appointment was legitimate, especially since the representative spent time inside my home looking around even though I was only requesting a new gutter estimate. Ed responds quickly to your calls. He will come to your home and assess your needs and work up an estimate in a timely manner. He's professional, friendly and not a high pressure salesman. He has a whole team of pros to attend to all the needs of your remodeling job. Storm-Tite also has a store front in Warwick where you can peruse different product lines in person, safely. He's got top-notch carpenters, siding installers, electricians, window installers, roofers---everything you need. Storm-Tite uses only the best products.
