He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. His crews had excellent attention to detail and they also cleaned up after finishing the job, which was greatly appreciated. They were punctual, completed the jobs as promised, and the quality of their work was beyond excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with how my roof and gutters turned out. Sometimes you come across situations that you wish a super hero would come and solve all your problems. I truly feel that Jose was my super heroes because he was able to make my house like new. I feel very blessed that God put him in my path. Honesty is very hard to find in most people these days. But you will find it in Jose. I now have a house that is like new. We signed a…read morecontract in May 2024 ( then made to sign anther in September 24)they received their first payment in June 2024 then they started lying promising my roof would be done in four weeks that would be in the middle of July 2024 fast-forward to me, complaining and complaining and complaining I got a roof October 2024, then needed it repaired November 2024 due to Shady workmanship They damaged the downspout on my house that was bolted to my house ripped it right off as well as leaving over a pint size container, full of nails all over my yard and driveway which they never came back to clean up like they said they told me in October they would be back in two weeks with the interior guy Then of course something came up. I'm still waiting for the interior guy. Meanwhile, they have sent me invoices and invoices wanting $1200. They have received three payments from me that was from the insurance company. I've emailed them several times telling them. I am not paying until the work gets done. Offered them a deal. I will paint it myself and fix the damage. They snuck on my yard fix the downspout not even well and have yet to be in contact with me to do. The interior today is July 16,2025. Now we have a collection agency going after everybody but me the company has my email and my husband's email. That's the people who live here. That's the people who signed the contract. They contacted my son who doesn't live here and has nothing to do with this. I saved each and every one of the email and text messages for my proof. They also did not send out the required amount of shingles and did not supply the wood needed. Making it a 2 day process.. You can definitely get a roof cheaper somewhere else done in a timely manner and FYI, Cedar Valley doesn't do the work they hire somebody else to do it.I would like to add that I am fully willing to pay my part, once the work has been completed. But to me they broke the contract after waiting a full year for interior work to be done. The work they have not done yet is painting 2 ceilings. Also in my contract they said I can't bad mouth them online. But it's been well over a year and people should be aware.

If you want quality work, excellent communication, and ease of mind, hire Build Pros. We originally wanted to have our microwave vented out (rather than circulating air and grease in the kitchen) and add a second banister to the stairs to the basement to make them more safe for our growing toddler. We were also considering having our spare basement bathroom remodeled. The bathroom really wasn't very functional because it was built in pieces (so the gross tiny stall shower wasn't even in the bathroom). That was a big job, and we wanted to get a quote for all three pieces. The first two jobs were too small on their own, so we hired Build Pros for all three. They were amazing to work with, and the work they did was the highest of quality. The team was extremely communicative, and we always knew when they were coming, what they were doing next, and what to expect. Their spreadsheet system made it really easy for everyone to keep track of what we had selected, costs, etc. They helped us a ton with design decisions, made recommendations when appropriate, and made sure we were happy with absolutely everything before moving forward. Our house stayed unbelievably clean, given the level of work they were doing, throughout the process. Mike and Rouben were fantastic at reimagining the layout of our bathroom, taking all of our priorities into consideration. John, their carpenter, is a master. We went way over budget, but a lot of that was my fault. I wanted a bathroom that was functional, but the more we talked and designed, the more I realized we actually could get a really *nice* bathroom that wasn't just functional, but high end. They did a bunch of other random things in the area too. We just were so happy with their work, and they were already there, so we asked them to fit in a few small things and they were awesome in getting those done too (adding a couple outlets in the adjacent home gym, replacing our outdoor water spigots, etc.). We are extremely happy with the final products. We even had a water problem shortly after they finished. They fixed it swiftly with no charge. It might have been a part issue or a labor issue, and so in the beginning it was unclear whether we were going to have to pay for repairs right away. I would have been very disappointed if they had charged us, and have all the more confidence in them since they fixed it and stood by the work and warranty. The only real negative was that sometimes when we had to make a decision, and the team gave us a quick "off the cuff" estimate about how much a few different options would cost, the estimate was really a fair amount lower than estimated. That contributed to some of our cost increase, but in the end I think we would have made the same decisions regardless. We're extremely happy with the final products. We even hired them again and they're starting work at my mother-in-laws house this week! I'm already dreaming of putting an addition on our house in the future, and we will hire them absolutely if/when we do this.

I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!
