He called and turns out the awful noise was a simple fix with my heat shields around my exhaust. He only charged me the 45 bucks total because he just adjusted them/took rocks out. You must pick them up there...which was a long drive for us. After promising 2 hardly used tires, from another old mans SUV, and taking 60 cash from us, we spent the last 1.5 days trying to get someone to mount them.... It was too busy for him to mount these 2 tires, there, so he had the tires outside the shop door, ready to sell to us. He was too busy so I had to load them. That afternoon, and the next day, we went around St. Tammany, taking these tires to be installed on our rims. Other tire dealers repeatedly said they were way too old (almost 6 years) and are too cracked all over, to use safely. After the long drive, to buy them, we were shocked that Bedico tire allows old and unsafe tires to be resold, with that old age, and cracking issues. We are also older, and didn't notice the fine cracks, initially, so he got over us. He had to know that tires have dates on them. That was a long drive, to Bedico, to be taken.... Be careful. Other tire stores were shocked, that Bedico Tire was allowing this to happen.

After experiencing a catastrophic failure on the left front steer wheel on my MotorCoach on I-12…read moreEast Bound just past Ponchatoula, Louisiana I immediately checked to see that everyone was safe then gathered my composure and called CoachNet my roadside service provider who immediately got my coordinates and reached out to Mike's Mobile Tires to respond to my emergency - first order of business was to locate the right size tire before arriving onsite so they could address the issue and although it was a different brand tire the size was correct. Mike's crew arrived ready to get things taken care of and get me back on the road, they were very professional and efficient, after inspecting my wheel and mounting the new tire they inspected my coach for any other damage and also gathered up my reflective emergency triangles I had placed on the shoulder to alert other drivers. I am very thankful for the service they provided and although I don't wish this type of problem on anyone it's good to know this roadside provider is on the job everyday to assist...

I was informed that I would have to wait 4 hours, because someone came on before me. It was 3 Charter Spectrum vans. I explained that I had an appointment, but they did not care. I was asked to come back tomorrow. I most certainly will not be coming back tomorrow or ever! The business model has online or over the phone appointment bookings. That is clearly how the business plan is set up. However, the workers do not honor that. It was more important to them to milk the cable company on a four hour break job than to keep a good name for their business. Clearly, there is no point in the appointment system. They did not value my time, so they will never get my money! The worker told me it was first come, first serve. That completely undermines the booking system!
