Needed a refrigerator repaired. He even replaced the Thermistor with a used one. Needless to say the fridge didn't work. Called the next day to in form him and he returned a few days later with a new Thermistor. The fridge still did not work. So after $700 for parts and labor I get this response from him when I told him the fridge is still not working. "I hate hearing that. It has to be the cooling unit. The better option at this point is by a residential refrigerator to replace the one you have. The Dometic 1350 model you have is very expensive JUNK. " now he no longer responds to phone calls or text from me. Ever feel ripped off? Since you admit to misdiagnosing the issue, shouldn't you make it right with me instead of taking $700 and running?
