I met with the first associate, who handed me off to a second associate for the test drive. While I was literally behind the wheel of the car, the original associate sold the vehicle over the phone to a "sight-unseen" buyer. To add insult to injury, I have strong reason to believe this was a "backdoor" deal to a personal contact for the purpose of resale, rather than a legitimate retail sale to a customer who was physically present. This dealership prioritized a "friend" or reseller over a customer with a confirmed appointment who was actively evaluating the car. They wasted my time and gas. If this is how they treat you before they have your money, imagine the "service" you'll get after. Avoid this place if you value honesty and fair dealing. OMVIC will be notified.

They had refused to repair the vehicle to a useable state after it was malfunctioning, and then they terminated my lease without refunding my $3000 deposit and they also cost me a ton of extra fees. Disgusting. The manager was disgusting. They recognized that they are digusting thieves, I should have taken these scum to court and sued them. Too bad I was very busy at the time with business and work. AVOID THESE SCUM. THEY ARE JUST LOOKING TO STEAL FROM YOU. LOOK AT THEIR GOOGLE REVIEW: 90% FAKE AND THE REST ARE 100% -IVE. DISGUSTING.

CarHub North York Chrysler - I think he was in sales- Owen, asked if my daughter wanted to play. They played for a good 20 min or longer. Thanks Owen!

I was originally told that the deposit was fully refundable ($2500). when I spoke to the finance guy Raffie about getting my deposit back he told me to come in between 12-4pm with my credit card to get my refund, once I arrived he walked me into his office and told me to wait one minute. The floor manager Khaled walked in and stated I that He had decided to not give me my refund. Either I pick a car from them or lose my deposit. I told him I was told multiple times that it was fully refundable and had 2 whitenesses with me. He simply didn't care and told me to report them to OMVIC he had a smirk on his face. He was not reasonable at all and was forcing me to buy another car or lose my $2500.

After one week I told David the salesperson that I need to get my deposit back because my insurance company didn't make a decision yet. He said he would talk to the manager and get back to me. After waiting a week and a half I called David again and he told me to be patient and wait until the following week for the manager to call me back. I heard nothing, so I called again. I spoke to Khalid the manager and he said it is not refundable and that David should reimburse me the $500 himself! Then he said he didn't care if I went to social media! Worst experience ever!

I went to Nissan in April 2024 to lease a new car. My salesperson was Ramin Elahi. As expected,…read morewhen trying to make a sale, it's a generally pleasant process, especially how good of a deal I got. But after that, they really dropped the ball in every way you can drop the ball. After the deal was signed, I asked Ramin how long it would take to get the car. He said 2 weeks. I believed him. Boy, was I naive. Two weeks had come and gone, and no card. Also, no phone call or email, saying there would be a delay. So I email him, and he says an additional 2 weeks. OK. Two more week pass by, and he says the car is ready for pickup. As I approach the new car, I see that it's not the colour I requested. Another 2 weeks pass by before I actually get the car and the colour I requested. In the meantime, one week after signing the deal, Ramin calls me 4 times on a Friday evening, begging me to give him a review. I explain to him that I can't leave a review yet, as I don't have a car yet. It would be in his best interest for me to NOT leave him a review. I wasn't happy with the service at all, but I was super happy with the price. No one else could come close to that, so I sent him 2 referrals (my dad and a client of mine). He said he'd give me a commission for those referrals (although that's not the reason I referred). That commission would come in 3-4 business days. Again, I shouldn't really believe what he says based on my previous experience, but I didn't. That was a mistake. Because after 4 days, I heard nothing. After a week, I emailed him, and he said it would be another week. Furthermore, during our original negotiation, he verbally promised that the service department would switch my winter tires to all season and back at no cost. A few months later, when I showed up to do exactly what was promised to me, the service department said that they don't see that anywhere in their notes, or in my contract. I know I didn't hallucinate that, because my wife was there also, as a witness. Overall, from start to finish, a horrible experience. It's salespeople like Ramin (and my other review of Don Valley North Hyundai - Hanan Laccheb) that give car salespeople bad names. The only reason I didn't give them a one start review is because of the price. Although when my lease ended, and I went to get another Nissan, their price was no longer competitive (or even attractive), so I switched to Hyundai.

It meant there wasn't a lot of wiggle room in the price because of the high demand and low supply of new cars. The sales person was still helpful and professional. I wish the manager didn't push so hard to sell an extended warranty. I had to listen to his long, annoying sales pitch twice, once during the sale and again upon delivery. I've used the service department a few times for regular maintenance. They are efficient and stick to their quoted prices. They have reinstated the complementary shuttle service which is handy. Their waiting area is clean with adequate seating. They offer coffee and tea but are out of tea bags later in the day. My car is always washed at no charge. Recently, they washed my car on a very cold day which froze the fuel door. I couldn't fill my tank until the metal cover thawed.

Look it up on Youtube, you get countless hidden camera episodes that focus on deceitful false advertising from auto repair shops leaving consumers feeling a little less rich and screwed to the max. HEARTLESS PIGS! Dave is a direct and a real genuine human in an undisguised mechanic body that will give your auto 'buddy' the right touch so that it's back on the road taking you from A to Z without having to worry, "Did they use the right oil, or was it Canola? Dang it! OMG, people without a vehicle at the moment do not know how lucky they are that the only thing they have to worry about is their presto card refills!!!" Like really people, we go through too much already to have to even fight this kind of battle!! You call this place up, already booking some days is quite tedious as their shop is humbly set up, enough for only a few vehicles at a time and the work is tediously done without the acquisitive approach on giving quotes on excess work you don't need at the moment. Honest and hard working, the place where our gas guzzlers get pampered in the hands of sincere mechanics. This place is not only close to home, but definitely close to my wallet when it comes to a quick oil change, maintenance all year round and expert advise on how to care for your lover on wheels.

Without an appointment he lifted my car to take a look at what was wrong and proceeded to show me, in detail (and plain english) what was wrong with my brakes, exhaust etc. I knew I needed brake and exhaust work, and all other mechanics I visited gave me a rough estimate without explaining how, why or what specific work was required. Dave was happy to have me watch as he inspected my car, and then gave me a very fair estimate. When I picked up my car the next day, the final bill was actually less than he estimated, plus he changed the air filter (something he noticed that needed to be done while he was working on the car) Definitely a positive experience with a trustworthy mechanic in Toronto. Not the closest most convenient location to me (I live downtown), but just north of Finch Subway station (either walk or bus). I'll definitely be seeing Dave again next time my car has any trouble, and will be recommending him to family and friends.
