This place is definitely known for importing and exporting. I don't care what others may think…read moreabout certain companies here in The Lone Star State. There's a number of Felonious businesses that I've had to encounter and if there's a buck to make, Welp Texas being a RED STATE will get it from ya. I had to go to this Janky ran establish we're gonna call it lol. They allegedly ONLY auction and repossess cars, trucks, and SUV's here. The service isn't the best. There's a sign that lets customers know the person is at lunch from 12:30-2p.m. I wish I could take lunches like that. Also the younger people (employees) all were my color but acted as if they were in the jungle. Yes, I can discriminate against my own people. I couldn't believe that an organization this Massive would have these types of employees actively engaging in an unprofessional behavior...and having access to people's car keys etc. After observing their behavior it dawned on me. Businesses like these have people who aren't as swift to what's happening behind the scenes. So hiring a bunch of unprofessional employees would make sense. There was a lot of shiesty sh.. going on but all I wanted was my whip back. They changed my car key, and it doesn't work SMDH. Now I gotta take it back to the dealership and that's a fee. My front windshield ended up with two cracks in the front windshield from the 45-50 mile per hour winds we endured several months ago. My passenger side rear view mirror was also damaged, and my license plate was thrown out. This was the SECOND worst experience I've ever had to endure in one state. I've heard some stories from others' that have chosen to make Texas their place of residence and several people have had similar experiences with how they conduct business here. Life has been Life'N for not just myself but a number of others' as well. Again, this was a learning process that I take accountability for. I also learned that Texas doesn't need me to make their money. If it's not my funds they're gonna get someone else's By Any Means Necessary. This a FACT, not FICTION.

The Manheim Dallas mafia and JCW strike again. Bought a 2007 Honda Accord last Wednesday on a…read moregreen light ride and drive. I go back and look at the pics which I have posted here and the car is clearly overheating. I automatically put a PSI on every single green light car I buy. They of course run a car down a 200 Ft track and pass it since it is the Give me the vin group. I tell the arbitration manager Stephanie Hurtado I don't want to waste my day driving up there only to find out the car is overheating and has issues. She said she would have another mechanic check it and assured me it was ok. I drive up and before I can get from the back of the PSI lot to the front of the manheim building the Accord is overheating. I go in and talk to Rich Curtis the GM and send him the correspondence with Stephanie and he said "this appears cut and dried" I will handle it. I look yesterday online and it says Arbitration completed buyer bought. I sent out an email asking What in the hell is going on? I get a mechanic who calls me this morning and said he couldn't get it to overheat. I said did you drive it and put it under load? He assures me He did but he is going to drive it and retest. I get a call back and he says yes it did overheat but it is only a fan motor. I asked about the engine light. He said that is most likely an O2 sensor. He said it is not safe to drive and would need to be transported because it has a high pressure steering hose leak and it could catch on fire. His assessment is all of this is less than $800 to fix (per component mind you) and I am going to have to buy it. How does John Clay Wolfe and Give Me The Vin get away with running Green light cars that are overheating and then forcing a buyer (or you will be banned from every manheim auction across the country) to pay for them? Long story short that Green light Accord has to be transported on a flat bed out of Manheim Dallas. I will never do business out of there again.....Period! Worst liars I have ever had to work with. They want to force everyone to an online buying platform where the cars aren't driven through the lanes and then lie about the vehicle and it's condition. Biggest racket ever!

They used me as a pawn to ask questions about getting audited when I was speaking to a loan representative. They offered me a car on the spot for $150/month, adding a few hours to my visit and then after applying for a loan, which they didn't consider, payment would be as low as 240. I gave a deposit to hold a car and to provide assurance that after repairs (a dead battery, broken Struts, broken sunroof/moonroof, and missing cargo cover), but when DCU informed me of the real title condition, it took me 2 days to get the refund and speaking with the sealed rep and owner of the business. I clearly expressed that I was no longer interested in associating myself with the business and looking elsewhere. A few days later, the owner messages me about s new arrival I might be interested in. This was after I spoke to the manager about the integrity, professionalism , and methods of selling that I experienced.
