It was a very easy, low pressure process. A few weeks after the sale I needed to come back to get an updated title in order to register the car out of state (my fault, not theirs), and I worked with Tony. It was a very busy day and he went above and beyond to reprocess my paperwork so that I can register my car at my new address. It wasn't a quick fix for him, and even though he was very busy he took the time to help correct my error. Best of all, I love my 'new' car and got it at a great price. Listen guys this place is an absolute SCAM!!!! They do not have good business practices. First their prices advertised is the real number that actual number they finance the care it's way more. Also they leave out important documents out that you would need to fight it. Also they pretend to run your credit first don't fall for It, then tell you you were denied by every bank. Then recommend in house bank westlake financial which is the only option offered at the dealership because they own all the way cars. That's the first trick They also tell you that you are paying principal and interest at the same time so you can pay off the loan faster which is a lie. They will tell you can't mame extra payments the first year and you should buy the car after the first year of financing. While your in their rinky dink office they will keep insisting the vehicle is cheap and someone will buy it if you don't hurry. I bought a piece of shit maxima from this dealership advertised at 7,300 and I put 3,000 down it was finance for 13,700. So in actually the vehicle cost 16,700. Which they hid by not giving the necessary paperwork which is straight up fraud. I only found out because I crashed my car and my insurance paid off the vehicle from the bank. The maxima it's self was garbage the engine was bad the A/C didn't work the steering wheel was completely fucked up and sensors are also fucked up. Last but not least they will offer a way for you to get cheap insurance and pay way lower which is straight up bait and make you pay a fee of 500. Which 400 goes to the insurance guy and 100 stays in house. Which is straight bullshit, the insurance will cancel in a month because they use fake addresses upstate. Guys this is worst place ever they will lie and steal from you don't trust them. I've never ever written a yelp review before in my life but this situation I don't no one to ever go through like me. Do not buy from this place. They try to lure you in with a deal that seems really good, but the price you see is either: a) the down payment for a lease (which is not mentioned anywhere on the page for the car) b) the price for the car when it was still there, but mysteriously got sold before you arrived. So their business practices are questionable, but you would potentially be saved by good customer service from their staff, right? WRONG! the man who I was working with (Karim) really tries to make himself appear like: 1. the good guy who is working for a company with shady business practices 2. he's the only honest guy who works at that dealership unfortunately, I was sold, and I didn't walk away when I knew I should have. I purchased a car from him (which he made appear like a side sale, so he could pocket the money). he gives a sob story about how he has a kid on the way, and that this would really help him out. i purchased a car for cheap, but I was under the impression that it needed some minor repairs. at this point, you may be thinking that I should have brought it to my mechanic, but I am from the Bronx, and this is a very long way away to see my mechanic. I didn't listen to my gut and I bought it anyways, figuring I could handle a minor repair job. upon bringing the car home, I get it to my mechanic, the car could not even pass inspection. I get told that the car should have been totaled. the cost to get the car to a point where it could just pass inspection would be more than I paid for the car (and more than it was worth). this car should not have even been on the road, let alone, up for sale from a "dealership". we even found a jumper which was bypassing the signal from the engine light. the engine light would've been the first signal that something was really wrong. my next step was to look into the lemon law, but remember when I mentioned that he did this as a side sale? he put on the bill of sale that this car was a gift, and tells you that you can save money by not paying tax for the car. so, legally, I didn't have proof of sale. all I had was my bank statement showing that I pulled out $x,xxx.xx in cash. now, you can read all of this, and think that you are a much better shopper than I am (I am admittedly naive and a poor shopper/haggler), but what about all the things you don't see? (i.e., a jumper bypassing a warning symbol). companies like this don't deserve your money. people like Karim don't deserve your money. and you don't deserve the headache and worries. take your money elsewhere, and learn from my naivety. read more

He seem to care less and went back to eating his lunch. Spent a few hours here before Christmas for a 2015 Ford Explorer. The car buying experience was pleasant. Tony is top notch in the business and he knows all the details about the car. Wow.. and i thought champion autos was bad. I cannot understand how in the world this place has this much good reviews. Its impossible. Okay so. I have so far been to 10 different dealers, i wanted to get an idea of different prices on cars and how a dealer differs from the other. I wanted to use my first bad experience to sense BS in sellers. So i went to look at a car listed at 9,000, the exterior of thr car is gorgeous, under the hood. I was not amused, alternator looks nearly melted. Bottom of engine looks rustier than a sewer pipe, just didnt rub well with me. Im no mechanic however i have driven enough cars to see how a good engine and good care looks like. However i proceeded so i can see what the price is... I spent a long time looking at dealers and their reviews. This dealer had very good reviews so i gave it a shot. So I said i would be paying in cash. I guess to them it seemed unbelievable for me buy it in cash but anyways, i was told that theres a 30% payment ontop of the price of the car. So now a $9,000 car became nearly $12,000 that is ofcourse without taxes and registration fees etc. Ofcourse at that point, not happening. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice however the fees were not. Now as said before i have been to around 10 dealers. Each one tried to add bs fees that i never even heard of, its really sad that a lot of dealers try so hard to make a big commission and dont care about those who struggle to buy one car from their lot when they have a bunch of them. Very tough to find an honest dealer. If a person tells you that cash price and finance price is different then immedietly leave, right there it raises a red flag. If you are going to post a car with a specific price.. ATLEAST post it in the description under the car. But that was nowhere to be found, the only thing i found on their website was a 30% downpayment for FINANCE.. no cash mentioned anywhere. Now i went on cargurus and read the reviews. Someone had a similar review. The reviewers name is carol. The owner responded to it by saying she misunderstood and that she can buy the car AT THE LISTED PRICE for cash. So how come with me... i was told 30% and it applies to both cash and finance? Its just really shady and sad. It sucks living in an area where nearly no dealer in brooklyn can be trusted. I only found 1 dealer out of the 10 to be the most honest and straight foward. Its truly sad. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have been looking for a car for my son and have walked into a couple of different dealerships outside of the city and unfortunately today's experience confirms the reason why. First, I walk into the office and had to say Hellooo because there was no one around in or outside this establishment. A salesman came out of the room closest to the door. I later found out his name was Felix (not sure because although he asked me a couple of disturbing questions, he was not interested in asking my name nor did he share his...first red flag). I proceeded to inform him that I was in the market to purchase a car for my son and that I was interested in test driving 3 cars on the lot. Two of the cars had 4 cars in front of them so I understood that would be difficult and ask if I could at least test drive the car that had 1 car in front of it that was directly facing the street. Well..."Felix" (the Latino guy with a ponytail) asked if we could set up an appointment and he could have the 3 cars ready. I told him since I drove all the way there (26 minutes) I asked if I could at least test drive the G35 in the front. He then asked what would happen if I liked the car and my son comes back and he doesn't like it (yeah...strange question from someone who is suppose to be looking to earn my business...second red flag) I told him we would of course have to come to a mutual agreement before I purchase a car. He then proceeded to tell me that he has a lot of people coming to the dealership looking for high end cars and they can't really afford it but he doesn't know my finances ...damn right he doesn't know my finances and should have never insinuated that I could not afford to buy an almost 10 year old Infiniti for my son...really (third red flag). I then asked him if he was going to continue to waste my time telling me about his past or were we going to get down to business and test drive a car! He said yes and asked a guy to move the car in front of it. The guy said he was busy. He told me to give him a minute, only to go in the office and come back out to say he was short staff and if I could come back (I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AND THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE IN THE OFFICE!). I told him that I will not be back and that this was the worst experience I have EVER had looking for a car! I had enough of the blatant disrespect and Extremely judgmental interaction I encountered from this salesperson. I would hate to think that because I was an African American woman with dreads that he didn't feel I was worthy of receiving at least Adequate customer service...for God's sake...ask for my name and tell me yours to appear interested. Isn't that Sales 101...know who you are talking to instead of judging and making assumptions Felix or whoever you are. Felix...you should know that I have several friends that have children who graduated from high school this year and are looking for cars for their children (and yes they can afford to buy a car) and you have not only lost one customer but several other potential customers. Word of mouth is your best referral. I am sure that there are reputable used car dealerships in Brooklyn so I hate to paint a broad stroke on this one incident with this one disgraceful salesperson but this is NOT a dealership that I will ever step foot in again and do not recommend them or at least him to anyone. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Got called a few times in less than a week's time to confirm if I was coming for my "appointment" which was never made by the way. The dealer (Felix) called me the night before to "confirm" if I was coming to test drive the car. I said yes, I have told you on two other occasions that I was coming for sure. On the day that I was supposed to pick up the car, I had a 2 HOuR train ride just to make it to Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn NY. I was sure that this would be my car... but it was far from the truth. As I walked into the dealership and sought out this Felix guy and finally met him, I told him who I was and the car that I came for. He looked at me with a confused and shocked look on his face. He "looked" out the window and says, I don't see the car you're looking for. Hmm. Oh yea, and by the way, someone just bought the car last night! I was in complete disbelief and couldn't believe what I just heard. I didn't think that such a person with low integrity and a lack of character existed... and not especially in this field of customer service.
