Purchased a 2007 audi A8 it had high miles he was like this car is the car for you he said it was a one owner car he said he had the car fax and never showed it we put money down to hold the car came back the next day gave the rest of the money drove off and no more than a week later we had a leak it was from the moon roof he gave some bs I'll go half with you and never did then we found out the car had a small oil leak he had me purchase this stuff that he said would stop leaks and that was a few hundred dollars, point blank the guy is a jack of all trades a master at none the car was a money pit and I'm sorry I wasted my money and time would never go back there again.. I like the car I was willing to spend what he asking but he kicked me out because I asked to see the bottom of car and car has terrible rattling sound when I was test driving. My boyfriend Alfonso Herrera purchased a Mercedes Benz 2014 for $18,600 whom the owner Pat stated was his daughters car. The radio doesnt work i go to Mercedes Benz dealer and the radio is $3,000 when i go back to Cypress speak to Pat and Vinny. Pat is laughing like it was a joke. I go now to trade the car and the car has 2 recalls which one recall can't be fixed at all. They are taking advantage of people, they nasty and stealing from people. I paid $18,600 A week later of purchasing the car the cars book value is only $11,000. Lets see what DMV in Albany thinks about people like this. Let see who laugh last!!! total rip off -- the sleaziest of sleaze My car was dying so I needed to buy something quick -- expensive mistake! I put a deposit down on a car that turns out couldn't pass inspection. They wouldn't give me my money back and kept jerking me around for weeks testing out other cars on the lot that were all junk --one I tried couldn't even make it around the block without dying! Long story short -- I lost the deposit, it was "non refundable" (yes, read the fine print!!!) Then I contacted Consumer Affairs dept. -- turns out they've got lots of complaints (big surprise) against them and they have been sued by many. Try a Google search to see the cases against them going back years. DCA & DMV said they can't close this place down, the only thing you can do is sue them. Really look out for you , had a great experience there they washed the car on a rainy day , they make sure you are happy.

My first time buying a vehicle from them was great, everything went smoothly. This time around not so great, we were told they were going to give us a call when the vehicle I was interested in was at their lot. We never received a phone call. They had told us to come by the next day at 9am, so my vehicle could be appraised for trade in. Once we got there, the same lady from the day before was there. Not interested in what I had to say, looking at her phone majority of the time I was speaking with her. When I asked if the guy was there to appraise the vehicle, she went ahead to say the guy didn't need to be there for that. They could look into the trade in just by looking at the vin number. Not only did we wasted our time but we also called out from work to take care of all that. That situation left such bad taste in my mouth that I decided not to conduct business with them. We rather take our business somewhere else, where we are treated with respect, professionalism and our time is considered. Such a shame, they missed out on doing business with us because of that woman they have working there. She definitely could benefit from a few customer service trainings. Do not come here! They are not trustworthy. They are con artists and will sell you a piece of junk. THEY SELL CARS THAT WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION! They withhold information and lie about the quality of their cars until it is too late. All the cars they sell are pieces of junk. Do not believe anything them, or any company affiliated with them, say including any of the mechanics from Glendale Service Station. They are all in cahoots so that you purchase a piece of shit car and then they tell you to go to their mechanic at that service station so that you're forced to spend money. They sold me a car that they claim was in good condition. I found out very soon after when I took my car for an inspection that it was all a lie.
