I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Plaza Honda Service Department. I came in…read moreexpecting basic support, but instead was met with inconsistency and poor customer service. First, they refused to honor a tire warranty I had from another dealership, which was already disappointing. Then, I was told they don't offer Sunbit financing for amounts over $1,000. When I questioned this, they suddenly backtracked on that statement, which made the whole situation feel unprofessional and unreliable. To make matters worse, I was told a single tire would cost around $310 and that they would "see what they can do" on the price. That kind of vague response, especially for something that expensive, didn't inspire any confidence and felt like they were just trying to smooth things over without actually helping. Overall, this experience has completely turned me off from this service department. I will not be returning, and at this point, I'm seriously reconsidering ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again.

Diagnostics usually last 2+ hours. I tried to take off recommended repairs like the $950 thermostat replacement to get some breathing room. The service advisor only offered a $300 reduction. If you need your car serviced, DO NOT GO HERE. Check out the attached photo for $10k quoted labor. I got the same parts and labor quoted at a reputable independent shop for $3k. Go figure.

There's a reason why I stopped dealing with "stealerships". I called Lenny Komsky and asked for advice. Not only did he take the time to try and get the car but when he was met with pushback(from the dealerships) he gave me the info needed to try and get the car I wanted from an out of state dealer. After calling a few dealers and giving them the numbers that Lenny told me the car should be selling at(much lower than what the dealers wanted), I finally got a dealer to call me back and agree to what Lenny told me the car should be at. The dealer than proceeded to send me the paperwork which Lenny asked for me to send to him to double check everything. Even though they made nothing on the deal, the Grand Prix team made sure I got the best possible deal and made sure everything was in order. I was even able to get the car delivered to my front door from a dealer close to 800 miles away for no extra charge. Again all tanks to Lenny and his team. I really don't know how to thank them for this. On top of all that, Lenny was able to get me out of my current Lease 8 months earlier so I can get the car I've been looking into. Mind you some dealers quoted me 800 dollars a month more than what I ended up paying for the same car.
