If I could give negative stars I would! Placed an order a few weeks ago and in the process (and unknown to me at the time) a blatantly erroneous shipping address was auto filled into the order form. Any normal human being would have seen this address and immediately flagged the order and questioned the buyer PRIOR to shipping. But this stellar business decides to ship it out to the obviously incorrect address. After shipping they email to confirm my shipping address and then we were hit with the "oh sorry, if you want your order you'll have to pay us an additional $9.99 to cover a new shipment" Rather than do the right thing by their customer (who has ordered in the past with no issue) they effective hold your order hostage for ransom for an error they should have immediately caught. To make matters worse they now refuse to refund my order at all. Will NEVER order from this place again and I hope others will re-think their orders as well read more

Customer service is horrible when trying to reach them. Took me 2weeks to get someone to help me. I receive a bad embroidery on the car seat cover. They won't take it back to fix it but want me to order another one and pay for shipping do to there error. The placement of the embroidery was horrible they told me they don't have no control of the placement of the embroidery so if you get anything with embroidery be care full you might not get what you want.. they was not really wanting to help me.. they only offer me refund on the embroidery 8.90 is what I get back I did have a gift card but I had to pay for shipping they could have at least refund the shipping as well. Very disappointed in this company. They should let customer know that they don't control where the placement will go/ don't fix the stitching and you get what you get.. read more

They always offer promotional codes, so their products are practically free. You just have to pay shipping. I've ordered from them twice & have family who's also ordered from them. Never heard any complaints. The first canopy I've ordered 3 yrs ago. The canopy arrived in a little over a week. I had so many compliments. It also held up in so many wash cycles. This time I ordered for my friend. I was so amazed bc I received the package 3 days after placing the order. Again the quality is great! I see people complaining about the gift cards being fake. Shady company. They sent a card full of their fake gift cards to my mothers address which congratulated my little sister on being pregnant. She's not pregnant! I can't believe they would engage in such unbelievably tone deaf marketing. Incredibly invasive and disconcerting for my mom to think that her daughter was hiding a pregnancy from her. However when I applied the gift card they advised I couldn't also use the promo. They wanted to charge $15 to Ship an item that would have cost less than $5 to ship. Someone already got paid for the gift care purchase, so I don't see any reason why you couldn't use both. They won't be getting business from me! This company isn't actually "free". You'll notice that you can either enter a "gift card" or a promo code. That's because the "gift card" gets you the cover for "free" but you pay $15 for s/h. To ship a foldable, cloth cover costs only $2-$4 so they are making back their s/h fee plus extra and you think you're getting a steal. This stands out even more if you use a promo code on the site. I tried a 50% off one and sure enough I got a cover from $50 down to $25, but now I qualified for free shipping. How amazing! Now I get to pay $25 for the $3 cloth instead of just $15. Overall, the model of the company is clever in that it makes you think you're getting a sweet deal, when in reality they are pricing themselves very high so they have offer steep discounts on items that really only cost $2-4$ to make. read more

Due to Covid and relationship issues, I had to quickly move, unexpectedly from my residence, 2 weeks after giving birth. That same day, I requested & paid for a change of address with USPS. My package never arrived & continued to the old address. After I reached out to Canopy Couture twice, they never got back to me. I received a text from a "Scott" who requested me to post a customer review on Yelp. I explained to him of not receiving my order. He sent me the shipping & tracking information, which I had, that it was delivered to my old address. I explained I moved, requested and paid for forwarding and change of address. I also asked my landlord & neighbors if anyone has seen the package & no one had received nor seen it. This company gave me the run around of requesting proof of change, to contact USPS, & wait another week. Scott also mentioned, "if you don't receive this from the forward by Monday, please let us know so we can resolve this for you asap." I gave them 2 weeks & nothing showed up from Canopy Couture. I had to explain myself again for the 4th time via text. They wanted to charge me an additional $9.95 via text and $14.95 via email to reship to a "different address." I contact Paypal, whom I purchased through & opened a dispute for the charges. They now offered a partial return of $10 & not the full $25 (after their promotional coupon). I received a "gift card" from a maternity clothing store and thought the covers looked cute. I picked two out and found that I was being given a deal to get the second for $10 (which is basically the price of the other with the gift card promo). One of the covers was on backorder for a month and the other was available now. Shipping was $18 (which is fine), but I noticed the whole order had a ship date of the end of November rather than earlier for the one available now. I messaged Customer Service and didn't receive any of your typical "thank you for your inquiry" or anything, just a response of "we don't split shipments so they'll ship together". I asked what would happen if the one available now goes on backorder or it gets further delayed and was told the backorder date shouldn't change (but no way to guarantee). I was told that I could place a second order and that they couldn't honor the $10 price for the second, but I could use the same gift card to make that order $10 (which leads me to believe that their products are horribly overpriced if they'll let me keep using the same card and pay $10 for supposedly $50 covers). While this sounds good, it leaves me paying a second $18 shipping fee for something that should cost no more than a few bucks at most to ship and it not my fault that they are holding the cover available now for over a month before shipping it out when I've paid for it. I let them know that wasn't a great business practice and I would be finding another place to shop and received a "Okay thank you have a great day!" back. This company has terrible customer service! I spent almost $100 on my order only to find out the whole caboodle set does not fit my car seat. Their website says minor alterations may need to be done, which is fine, but when I got my order the entire thing did not fit! One size fits most is then written on their pack slip which is not on their website and that shouldn't even say that because it is more like one size fits chicco(look at their website videos, they use chicco carseats in everyone). I have never seen a worse display of customer service in my life and I have worked in restaurants and retail and I am a manager. I will be telling everyone not to shop them because that is absurd. Oh and their reason for not refunding at least some of my money is that I used a gift card promo code(which they offer on their website every time your on there)...needless to say I hope they see this and that they come to their senses. read more
