I went here to get my car windows tinted. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to fit me in right away. My windows look great and I am very happy with the work that was done. The people were very knowledgeable and I was confident in the work they performed. Still, I will caution future clients to double check the math on their bill. Carsmetic Tint had to tint my car 3 times before it was done right. I had all windows done with 3M film except for the windscreen. Each time I picked up the car with bubbling, creases and significant inclusions... they assured me this was normal and would clear itself up. After a few weeks I returned, the manager looked at it and admitted it was wrong, apologized and redid the tint. They should have looked at it themselves and fixed it before giving it back to me. Instead they chose to try and convince me it was right. The third time, I returned to have it stripped so that I can take it elsewhere but their 'master tinter' re-tinted it the third time and it looks acceptable. They were kind on the phone and keen to get it right... but it was a significant hassle to get the same car tinted 3 times, take taxis to drop off and pick up and have to explain quality to what should be a competent company. If you want good quality job that you can trust... try somewhere else. read more

I had my wife's SUV tinted at the location. I had them do the 3M Crystalline 70% all the way around and 90% on the windshield. I wanted to go with the darker tent of 40% however the 40% has a brown tint to it. My wife specifically did not want brown tend on her black SUV. The first time I was there they ran out of tint for the back window. I had not planned on doing the windshield the first time I went these but decided to after seeing the heat lamp demonstrate, there is truly a difference in the amount of heat the tint would allow to come inside the car. I made a second appointment to go back and do the front windshield along with the back window. It's been about a week since I had the side windows done and this weekend [June 12, 2015] I had the front windshield done. I can tell a difference inside the car and I'm very satisfied with the product so far. Only time will tell how well the product performs in the Texas heat. Considering it's a 3M product, I feel pretty confident it is going to last. The first time I went there there was a gentleman named John. He was very professional and he explained the product very well. The second time I was there it was Mike who I believe is the owner. Mike seems like a sharp guy and he knows his stuff. He said he is one of the trainers for 3M for houston and surrounding areas for Crystalline product. He also explained the product well. He had me check the install few time while waiting to make sure I was good with it. From what I understand these guys are the only authorized 3M crystalline tent installers in Houston. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product and the guys that installed it was very professional and they knows their stuff. I just bought a new car over the weekend and wanted to get 3M tint on my windows. At first, I wanted to get the regular FX. But after talking to Mike, I decided to get the 3M Crystalline. It was the best investment I'd ever purchased. They told me it would take between 2-3 hours... but they got my car done within an hour and there was no bubbles!!!! I wanted a high quality Tint job done on my vehicle because it gets so hot in Texas. I am a fan of the 3M brand so I was excited to get this brand of tint. The professionalism here was great, they stay pretty busy and aren't always near the phone but they respond very fast via email. The Tint on my SUV came out phenomenal, I went as dark as possible without being illegal! They are very knowledgeable about their products and it came with a warranty as well. I dropped off my vehicle and it took about 6 hours (SUV) but it was worth it, you want someone to take time anytime they touch your car to make sure they do a great job. They did a wonderful job with my car wash and vacuum when they finished. The 3M tint allows my windows to repel UV rays as well as the sunlight heat and I can tell the difference big time! I don't have covered parking at work and my interior is black leather so this was a must! I took my car here on a very gray day that was followed by a rainy week. This is an honest business, they couldn't get my front windshield UV protection film to stick properly due to low sun and they rescheduled me for that part because they didn't want to send me home with bubbles that they noticed! I feel bad for the guy, I had asked for crystalline 90 on my windshield. Apparently its not very flexable, he was trying very hard to get it to conform. Applied so much heat that the windshield cracked. He was very honest, and ended up paying for my windshield. Service was professional and curtious. A+ read more
