A couple of months ago I found myself needing to get a protection order due to an unstable neighbor. What should have been an open and shut case turned into 2 cases that were more complex than I ever thought they would be. What I went through, I wouldn't wish on anybody. However, if you are reading this review it is likely you are in a similar position. Let me tell you why I am happy that I ended up with Anthony as my attorney. At first, I was surprised by the price tag, but it was a flat fee. As this case went on, ultimately that was the best decision. As with any professional relationship, you have expectations for the person you are hiring, and you want to do what you can to make their job easier. I will say that Anthony not only met my expectations on a professional level but he more than exceeded my expectations on a personal level. After a few conversations with Anthony and particularly one difficult conversation while we were waiting for the judge to return with her decision, I not only saw but truly felt the genuine humanity and concern that Anthony has for his clients, in this case me. At that point, even had I lost one or both cases, which I did not, we won both, I knew without a doubt I made the right decision with Anthony. I hope I never need another lawyer that specializes in Protection Orders again but if I do there is no question who I will be calling. Anthony is very passionate about what he does but it's obviously not just for his win loss record (if that is actually a thing) but Anthony is a genuinely good human being that genuinely cares about his clients.

It feels like your team tells clients what they want to hear just to get them off the phone, with no real follow-through. Responsibilities are frequently passed off to different people, and no one seems to have a full grasp of my case. Most concerning is the fact that decisions--such as whether a settlement is acceptable--have been made without even consulting me. When I spoke with someone last week, I was told that the firm was still waiting on billing information from my chiropractor and massage therapist before issuing my (very small) portion of the settlement. Now I'm suddenly told that the check from the insurance company was mailed on 5/16, but won't be received until the second week of June--and once received, there's a 10-day hold? That timeline makes no sense and raises further doubts about the transparency of your process. To make matters worse, I haven't received any updates at all regarding my first case. That's still completely up in the air, and no one seems to be taking responsibility. It's becoming clear that I'm not the only client experiencing these issues. I'm sure the Bar Association would be very interested in hearing about this pattern of poor communication and questionable handling of cases. I expect a clear and immediate update on both of my cases, including a timeline and point of contact. This situation is beyond frustrating.

For over a month, every phone call, email, and text message has been ignored. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and responsiveness is unacceptable.
