They also had some holiday seasonal flavors, like egg nog and pumpkin pie, since we were visiting around Thanksgiving time. I then called and politely told the women who answered that my order wasn't quite right and that the pineapple wasn't on my pizza. She put the manager on the phone, and he told me that all they can do is remake a pizza and that it would have to be replaced with my whole pizza. Well, everyone at the house was hungry and had started eating already. Then he says they done do credit or any percent off anymore and pretty much told me tough luck. After being a long time customer, someone they can already know who's calling by name and address, and not at least try to make the order right with, that's not good service.
