Not only was my drop off ticket incorrect and missing an item (which I had to call back later and correct over the phone) but they lost (for 2 hours) one of my vintage velvet coats that was somehow separated from the group of clothes upon pickup. So management just changed over in the last month or so. The old owner helped take my big down comforter in to get cleaned. It cost about $50 for a cal king. Very fair for a real down comforter. I couldn't pickup right away and came back about 2-3 weeks later and it wasn't an issue. By that time, it was sold to a new owner. The old owner was very helpful and offered suggestions for pillows and other items to clean. They couldn't clean a 5x7 area rug though in case anyone was looking. Three disappointing experiences. I've been here twice and will never go back. First time I dropped of dry cleaning and shirts to be laundered and pressed. They told me it would take about week due to the weather (snow). Didn't understand why it would take about week to launder 3 shirts... ABOUT a week... no promises... but dropped them off anyway. My shirts / dry cleaning came back fine but zero communication for when they would be ready. Surprise your shirts are ready - 9 days after I dropped them off. I took dry cleaning and shirts to be laundered two weeks later. No weather issues this time but it was still going to take FIVE days to launder and dry clean. They will send me a text when it is done. 5 days later got a text my order is ready. I go in - dry cleaning is done... no shirts. With apologies my shirts will be done in 1 OR 2 days. Again no promises on when. 3 days later I picked my shirts up. If you have all the time in the world to wait for your clothes this is the spot. Otherwise PASS read more

Your clothes definitely look and smell clean! I used their pick up and delivery service which you need to schedule on their app. They still need to make updates on the app, but as for washing your clothes it's perfect! I didn't take off one star for the app. I took it off because their prices are on the high end. They did give us a discount, however, it was still pretty expensive. I would use them again for my linens such as comforters or maybe if I need one outfit to be dry cleaned. I would not do a full laundry service. Employees are extremely professional and friendly. I've had difficulty getting good service from a dry cleaner in Truckee and have been taking items to Reno. A friend recommended VayaClean. So far so good. I had a difficult item to press, queen size silk duvet, but needed it in a hurry. There wasn't time to send it in to their S. Tahoe location where they have large pressing machines, so they pressed it by hand. Hard to get that kind of above the call of duty service in Truckee, especially at a reasonable price. read more
