Windshield Surgeons don't advertise as others do - they simply rely on Word-of-Mouth; and clearly they don't need to change this model because they're always busy. Why? Because as far as Customer Service and Autoglass services go - they're phenomenal (and no, I don't have shares in this company). I was lucky to have heard about them through a couple of my Cousins who had gotten their Windshield replaced by them weeks earlier. However, being the stubborn person I am - I still called around and collected quotes from 5 different Autoglass Shops to compare. In the end, it didn't matter - Windshield Surgeons came in with the lowest price for the work I needed to have done. Not only that - what impressed me was their impeccable Customer Service. From the moment I called - their Call Centre Reps were extremely friendly but not fake. They were efficient and though you could tell they too were swamped - they patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. They booked me in as early as possible which was for the next day! Then, when I arrived at the shop (South Location in Calgary, AB) the team welcomed me and didn't treat me like another number. Thus causing me to feel relaxed as I waited for my Windshield to be replaced. In the end, their work was perfect and I couldn't be happier. The only reason why I am here now is because of course I got a chip in my windshield the day before last driving on the freeway :-( but my mind is at ease knowing the Windshield Surgeons have my back. What is worse is knowing that I potentially would have to drive all those miles back home praying that I wouldn't have a spiderweb of cracks obscuring my vision. As annoying as the jingle for Speedy Glass is, it was what made me remember that they repair and replace glass. A little research on the inter-web at 11:00pm at night allowed me to book an online appointment for glass repair for the next morning. In and out in 40 minutes, free wifi in their waiting room, $60 and I was good to go. All you can see now is 3 tiny slightly opaque dots on the inside of the windshield. The cracking around the points of impact has vanished to the sight. They can't guarantee that this will prevent further cracking, but they will apply the $60 towards a new windshield if one is needed in the future.

Not only did they do a great job, it was quick and affordable and they were so empathetic and caring to the awful situation I was in. They even were able to replace my cracked windshield (stupid jeeps) at the same time. I highly recommend Go Glass and going forward will not go anywhere else. Customer service was top notch. Having your vehicle broken into is a terrible experience but they made it sting a bit less.

The WORST experience, please (!) find somewhere else to bring your vehicle…read more I called around the Douglasdale / SE area for a new windshield and based on pricing, I selected Go Glass & Accessories as they were approximately $20 cheaper than the competition and had good reviews on Yelp. Lesson learned....you get what you pay for. The one positive experience that I had with Go that I would like to start with, was with the receptionist. An appointment was available the next day, and she was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. HOWEVER, upon picking up my vehicle and taking it home for my husband to look at we were extremely disappointed and surprised with the poor quality of workmanship. The gaskets used were after-market and were for a Dodge Caravan. I drive a Toyota 4Runner and the gaskets literally fell off the same day. There was urethane smeared on the inside of the car, as well as dirt and marks, that should have been cleaned up. There were also scratches on the A-bar. The windshield made loud whistling noises, that they said would stop in a few weeks, who knows if this is true. The part that disappointed me the most was that there was a small scratch mark on the dash either from glass or a tool that was used. I understand that accidents happen and I do not expect Go to repair my dashboard, and while the mark was small it is still annoying to have damage done to your vehicle. However, when I brought it to their attention, Remon, who I believe was the owner, said that he did not believe me that the mark was not there before I brought it in, that his technicians do not lie and would have told them if they made a nick in my dash. While I of course do not have proof that the nick was not there before (it definitely was not), I think it is very poor customer service to accuse your customer of lying, especially when combined with the obviously terrible job they did with replacing the windshield. Remon offered to clean up my vehicle and try to install the windshield again. When I chose to take my vehicle somewhere more trustworthy, he did agree to provide me with a full refund, which was more than warranted. However, because I was getting a refund, he said that he would take the new windshield that they installed back (which is fine), but he wouldn't put my old one back in. He wanted me to drive my car somewhere else, without a windshield... I instead took my car to Easy Autoglass which is down the street and where the company I work for has had their fleet vehicles serviced for years. While it may be nominally more expensive, they are reputable, timely and do high quality work. Again, please, do yourself a favor. Save yourself time and the headache and bring it to Easy Autoglass or any other reputable company other than Go in SE Calgary. Lesson learned.

I waited…read morefor a long time for my turn, so I had to miss my Friday congregational prayers, instead I prayed alone in the car, and I was interrupted repeatedly and my car door was opened without seeking permission multiple times during prayers. All the customer service representatives were quite rude with me. Finally someone who called himself "Jay", though briefly he called himself "Jaydico" (the spelling of which might not be accurate). When I asked him about the tire ad, brought his calculator and just punched in how much I would have to pay for a tire or a set of 4 tires, not decribing the brand, tyre time, etc. He simply refused to tell me about the "Tire Sale" which was advertised outside Lube City. I was patient with him and repeated kept asking me about the details of the sale. Rather he kept saying that I need to pay $700+ for tire changes, the details of which he did not describe, while not answering my question. He said the "Tire Sale" ad means that Lube City sells tires, nothing more. When I insisted, he asked me to come to the office to talk about it. I did not see this a reasonable, so I did not follow him. Finally, he askked me to talk to BDM Mr. Javid Hashimi. I asked Mr Hashmi about the ad, and said that they have some good deals at first, but then again started talking about what I would have to pay, rather than describing the advertised "Tire Sale". Then he asked me that give the phone to "Jay", and came back with the same script as "Jay". He started using foul abusive language and asked me to leave. I made notes about the incident and he came back to appease me, saying that he too is a Muslim, talking in a foreign langauge to break a deal. After leaveig, I took a photo of the ad. He quickly came to engage me, but I did not speak with him and left. I just want Lube City to improve customer service for their own good and do not wish any resolution.

After the work was done I had to argue with them to honor their quotes, and they told me they never made the quotes and tried to charge me $217 before fees and taxes. They finally made it sound like they did me a favor and took it down to $175, STILL way more than quotes, but work was done and they had me. Who knew I'd need a written quote for a couple of air filter; (really, $70 for a $20 cabin filter?!?!). DONT GO HERE IF YOU'RE EXPECTONG HONESTY!!!

They informed me that my car was write off and was not safe to drive I gave them the keys and I was on my way in the Enterprise rental car.
