Five minutes later, I received a phone call from my wife who had already chose an EVolution golf cart and asked if I preferred red or Mediterranean blue. A week later batteries died prematurely, sent it back and they replaced them. At that time I asked again to do a thorough check and a service. Almost a week later I got it back and the tires were under inflated and within a few hrs of use the cart started handling worse. I jacked up the front and front tires and suspension very loose . I suspect at the least bad bushings. I now have it scheduled somewhere else for a full service and repair of defects.

I bought a completely refurbished electric club car (I named the Lolita Express) and could not be happier with the results. The seats are so plush and soft that I wish they were in my car! It took 6 to 7 weeks to get the cart. They have lied several times and went around and around before they fixed it. I would never deal with them again.

I contacted Jenkins to rent a 4 person cart for about 3 months while in Florida for the winter…read more They delivered the first cart on time and friendly driver. Within a week I found the cart had little power and the battery was discharging to need a recharge every 2 days with little usage. With 4 people on the cart and a slight incline the cart barely made it. I contacted Jenkins and was told they had no additional carts but will contact back. A week or so later they came by with another cart to use. This one had power to move 4 people. Unfortunately within a week I found the cart had no lights so contacted back and informed of no lights. A week or so later they sent a tech out and connected the lights. This worked a day until I realized the rear lights did not turn off so the battery would discharge, I had to disconnect the lights from the battery when not needing the light and reattached when needing the lights. Contacted Jenkins back, they were to fix the first cart and redeliver that. A week or so later they delivered a completely different cart, this one worked. Unfortunately the lights on this cart stopped working, checked the fuses and found the fuse block was corroded. Contacted Jenkins back, they were going to send the tech back but a week later no show, I contacted them back and told them not to bother as they were scheduled to pick up about 2 weeks later. This was throughout 3 months of use I had a fully usable cart for about 2 to 3 weeks. The people in the park I was at thought this was funny but sad. It is clear that Jenkins does not keep their carts in good working order. I cannot recommend them and would have to believe that a sale would be no different.
