Hallmark is WAY Over priced by 2X and when they double charge you they are 4X the price. Id avoid, next time I will go to a family owned gift shop, the Towne Duck right on mainstreet where if there was ever a problem someone at the shop could fix it. Better quality as well.

When we asked the host where the line was, she just kept laughing and repeating "it's right there," even though there were multiple lines and it was unclear where to go. The whole interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. It's really disappointing to see how the atmosphere has changed -- it no longer feels welcoming, especially toward Hispanic customers. I had no idea what I was missing all these years! The decor is absolutely beautiful; the flowers are fragrant, expertly crafted and always fresh. My favorite part about the experience, though, had to be the Polish pottery displayed all about the room. The owner shared the fascinating history about how these beautiful pieces are made. I won't tell you myself, but I highly recommend you ask next time you stop in. I mentioned that it was my birthday while I was buying one of the mugs (pictured below), and the owner quickly began picking out complimentary flowers for me and my grandmother!
