I felt so bad because it was raining, I was in the muddy gravel, which meant he was having to get in the muddy gravel. I kept apologizing for that. He assured me it was alright, he changed the tire so fast. He was even concerned about putting the flat nasty wet muddy tire inside my vehicle as it could not be remounted underneath, but I had rubber matting to place it on. Most people wouldn't have cared. I'm telling you I have never had such a wonderful experience for such a sucky situation. Don't hesitate to call these guys, they are fantastic!!!

This is, without question, the worst towing experience I've ever had…read more For some context, this company was dispatched through State Farm (who were great throughout this entire ordeal). After my vehicle broke down, I requested a tow. I understand that delays happen, but waiting over THREE HOURS is ridiculous. The State Farm app initially showed the driver about 60 minutes away. Fine. Then I watched the location appear to be getting close, only to receive a phone call from the driver telling me to ignore the app and State Farm updates because he was "just now heading my way." That should have been my first red flag. Two more hours passed. To make matters worse, the driver marked himself as "arrived" in the system when he absolutely had not arrived. When I contacted State Farm, I was told the driver claimed he had been searching for me for over an hour. Interesting, considering I was sitting in the exact same location the entire time, stranded in 100+ degree heat. What's even more interesting is that the moment State Farm contacted him directly, he suddenly managed to find me and arrived within five minutes. And after all of that? The driver showed up with an attitude, as if I had inconvenienced him by expecting him to do the job he was dispatched to do. If your idea of quality service is being stranded for hours, receiving inaccurate updates, being marked as serviced when you haven't been, and then getting attitude from the person you're paying to help you, this is the towing company for you. Everyone else should probably look elsewhere.
