My search for new mechanic is over! I found United Mobile Car Care through Yelp. They were the first to respond when I requested a quote to replace my driver side headlight. I spoke to Ray and he was very personable and accommodating. He explained what headlight bulb was the best option and what kind of labor it would entail to replace it. He worked with me on pricing and provided a reasonable quote. Once I showed him that a competitor had a better rate, he matched it! The replacement took about an hour and the best part is that he came to my house! I have been looking for a new mechanic since my family mechanic retired a few years ago. I believe I have finally found a mechanic that can be my new family mechanic! read more

Needed an emergency jump start in the middle of the night & found this gentleman via Yelp. He came out & jumped my car, all in under an hour. Paid $120 for his services. Everything went smoothly, and I have no complaints. If I ever find myself and another position where I need an emergency jumpstart, I would have no problem calling him again to help me out! read more

I DO NOT recommend this mechanic based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward job--replacing two headlights--ended up taking over 8 hours and was done incorrectly. This resulted in several electrical issues with my car. I attempted to resolve these problems with the mechanic (King) for over two months, but unfortunately, he did not take responsibility for the mistakes made. Additionally, I was concerned to learn that his work is uninsured and not guaranteed. I suggest considering other options for your automotive needs. You definitely won't get the royal treatment from King. read more

Service requested was done. Had to buy my battery up front. My hood latch was broken so it took much longer to replace the battery. Brandon seemed very articulate and got my battery restored. However, he was to return to fix other issues with my car. Now my hood is broken and he has ghosted me after many texts and conversations. read more

My cars battery died and Brandon was able to come out the same day (within 2 hours of me calling) to replace my car battery. From the time I called to the time my cars battery was replaced it was less than 3 hours! He was super helpful and communicative and saved me a huge headache of having to get my car towed somewhere to get the battery replaced. Pricing was very transparent as well. So, thank you Brandon! Beyond disappointed is too good to describe the lack of customer service that was "provided". I just needed my front struts replaced. Not only did they not replace them but played "car shop" for over five hours on my car. This left me having to pay someone else to not only fix my car but to put my tire back on. I would have given them zero stars, but it wasn't an option. Nothing pissed me off more that money and TIME being wasted. read more

honestly the guy was cool until he scammed me, i paid him over $1000 to fix my wheels. he half ass fixed one and never came back to fix the rest after payment. my car has now been sitting for over a month. read more
