When we arrived, their ages were confirmed again, but despite that, the girls were separated and couldn't sit next to each other during the service, which was disappointing since the experience was supposed to be something special for them to do together. When it came time to pay, I was told one of the girls would be $35 and the other $65. When I asked why, I was told it was because my older daughter got gel polish. I clarified that she did not, and another staff member confirmed she hadn't. Despite that, I was told the price would still be $65 because she is "bigger." I have no issue paying more based on age if that's clearly communicated upfront, but this was not the case. When I questioned the pricing, a scene was made -- multiple employees came over, speaking to each other and to me, which made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. To make matters worse, less than an hour later, the polish on my oldest daughter's toes was already peeling off. Overall, the pricing felt inconsistent and poorly explained, the atmosphere became uncomfortable, and the experience did not match what was advertised or expected.

I was fully prepared to pay. The issue was the attitude and the dishonesty. Instead of taking responsibility for the miscommunication, the staff repeatedly insisted that I had misunderstood, spoke to each other in another language while smirking and laughing, and made the situation uncomfortable and disrespectful. That behavior alone was enough for us to leave. Mocking or insulting customers in another language is immature and unacceptable. We wasted our time and left feeling disrespected. I will not support a business that changes prices after the fact and treats customers this way. To make matters worse, the salon had an overwhelming chemical odor that caused an immediate headache within the short time we were inside. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I couldn't decide which color I wanted but my tech was very patient and accommodating. I enjoyed the leg scrub which I think lasted long for a reg pedicure. I've been to places where it's like BIM BAM BOOM next, so I enjoyed that. They don't give complimentary neck massages or drinks like some places but that's ok. My nail tech Elaine was super sweet and we shared conversation here and there. She also was taking her time shaping them and looking for imperfections until she had to do another service and had someone else finish my top coat. I wished they were a little rounded more instead of flat but I love the color and noticed more once I left. It's not a big place but decent, clean and nice. My service cost me $85.

But there is something about this new space that feels cozy. Let's start with there is lots of parking... it's located off a busy street but is quiet when inside. When you first enter you are greeted with a open space with a small retro seating area to the left, check in desk and to the right. The entire right wall you are greeted by floor to ceiling floral wallpaper done in grays, black and pink. Plus all the stylist stations. This location also features a aesthetician Morgan who give amazing facials and a selection of other services, including waxing's, micro needling, lashes and even back facials. I first met Morgan during Christmas after discovering her from IG. I had a Dermaplane facial which ended up being more then just a Dermaplane. It consisted of not only a Dermaplane, but also a 2 types of mask, cleanse, exfoliation, hot steam, red light treatment and a face, shoulder and arm massage. Yes, you did not read that wrong. You get a massage.‍ For this visit I received a anti-aging facial. Which is similar to a signature facial and you get all the same bells and whistles, but the mask when dried makes you look like you could be featured in a Halloween movie... lol. It helps with fine lines & firming the skin. I highly recommend it. I also had a schedule hair appointment with Rachel who I love. When I first met her my hair was basically fried from over processing and from making it every color under the sun. Since then my hair is a healthy vanilla blonde and I love that she is straight with me and isn't afraid to tell me no when it isn't best for my hair. All the stylist during my visit were friendly and it reminded me of a close group of friends that worked together. Easy going, light fun vibe. Everyone gave each other pointers and offer helped and there was a easy going no judgement feeling the whole time I was there. I highly recommend trying out their newer location here in Pooler.
