They like to believe they are high end but compared to Polo by Ralph Lauren (which is their primary competitor), they are nowhere near. JCrew is more about form - just looks, simply looks. Durability and longevity of their clothing is horrible - one of my JCrew tshirts simply ripped apart coming off a hanger, my hoodies have tears where stress points are around the pockets. It seems their fabric has become so cheap it's as durable as paper. Khakis barely last after several washes - color fade is horrible. Fit? Don't get me started on that! Seems you have to be so skinny to fit their clothing. Bottom line - Quality, fit has all gone downhill.

As soon as I walked in, I saw the 1st Valentine's Day outfit (great selling approach) & when into G-Ma shopping mode. Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Back to the clearance/sale, I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale have an affordable price point. The store is in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around. Kirstyn, the store manager was pleasant & helpful as I tried to decipher between 6mos & 9mos sizes. Then it clicked to always go up a size for comfort. Dwayne came around the corner at the perfect time and asked if I needed any assistance finding something. I was so happy because this is exactly what I needed lol. He scanned the item in his system and was able to grab the item from the back. This makes for such an easier shop and the customer is always happy when the my get their intended item. This is just a review for the wonderful staff in the electronics/media section…read more I had a terrible experience at another Target when the website said there was plenty of stock of a CD but the staff refused to check in the back for me because they keep everything in the back and not on the shelves. He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD. I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.

I walked in, didn't get very far inside before I was stopped by these vibrant, hand-painted hats. OMG. Such a variety of shapes, colors, I didn't know which to get, but I had to have one. I walked further into the store and my eye caught so many beautiful dresses that were screaming, "me, me, me". My girlfriends were busy buying these groovy sunglasses but then reminded me of our mission and it was not to shop. I will be back because I can tell it's going to become my new obsession.

This is the perfect shop to find that special souvenir item that you wear season after season and always conjures up fond memories.
