I came in Saturday, 9/12/26 to exchange some pants I purchased online. I was looking around and a staff member approached me and asked if I needed help. I showed him my email order and he started looking for them. While he looked I walked around and of course I picked up some things lol. He'd find me and let me know he was still looking and asked another person to help on the search. That's great customer service. I looked at his name tag but it just said Manager. He said his name was Justin.After searching the store he informed me they didn't have any on clearance or anywhere hiding out. :) Justin even called another store for me. Someone else checked me out and I didn't realize until I'd left that he only gave me the 40% discount, not the 50% I was supposed to get. When I returned to the store Justin was up front and greeted me with a smile and said, "welcome back!" I mean I was wearing a lime green fitness outfit so I wasn't hard to miss or forget lol. A line was forming and I asked him to look over the receipt to make sure I wasn't missing something before I got in line. He said there was a mistake and informed a different staff person at the register now how to handle the transaction. We need more people in customer forward positions providing the great customer service Justin gave me. Thank you to Justin and the young woman, petite African American woman, who helped him search for the pants during my initial visit, and to the 2nd cashier who had to refund all my items and re-rind them. She was pleasant and helpful. A kudos to Old Navy overall. I was unaware they gave 10% discount to military. Thanks for giving back to our military! read more

Cheap clothes all pretty nondescript and just more monotony in a sea of sameness. Just nothing that is unique or stylish... all of it is cheaply made... and all of it is just flat dull. Don't expect any kind of help, don't expect a major selection, don't expect the place they paint the picture of in the commercials. Why in the world did I come here.. well I was desperate for some pjs for my sons pajama day at school. I wanted something for him to wear that he hadn't already worn the heck out of and was cool. FYI-this location makes their own rules on sale items. Double check online/their ads to be sure this location isn't charging you full price for something that is supposed to be on sale. I asked an associate about something that was supposed to be on sale, they said you have to show them what's on sale online and then they will price match it. What in the world? Old Navy Northpoint Parkway, Alpharetta, GA store. Manager' name is Evelyn. I tried to return four items that we bought on January 17 and was told it was past the 30 days so they could not refund. I asked for a store credit and they said since it was past 30 days the store does not give or issue store credits. Evelyn the manager, told me they stop issuing store credits two years ago and I was out of luck. horrible customer service and they definitely had a negative attitude including the manager. I will never step foot in an Old Navy again since their return policy is not customer friendly in my experience in this store was not a good one. Shop elsewhere. read more

Last day for Super Cash! I wasn't welcomed when I walked in the store, but I ended up having a conversation with one of the Team Members while I was looking for some jogging pants. He was very pleasant and gave me a run down on all of the sales for the day. Old Navy is always my go to for quality comfort clothing. The store was a little messy, and it took a while to check out because one of the registers wasn't working. However, I appreciate one of the Team Members for checking me out with her handheld device and emailing me the receipt. Also, the Super Cash program is confusing. I didn't realize that I had to spend $50 to get $20 off, so I ended up picking up items that I didn't need. And I still don't know why I had to make two transactions to use one Super Cash coupon. read more

Location is the key whenever I stop by this Old Navy. I'm not really a frequent Old Navy Shopper however, I will say that if I need a pair of flat sandals or an inexpensive casual outfit change when I'm in the area, this is my go to store, they generally have flat sandals and little tanks or shorts marked down super cheap, and there is no point in spending tons of money on something that you only plan to wear a couple of times. I have found the lines are quite long, I literally waited in line for 10 minutes just to get to the register and ask a question. They are conveniently located near Bed Bath and Beyond, Nordstrom Rack, Target and many other retail locations. The store looks neat and organized and the staff has been courteous whenever I've dropped in. read more

Old Navy has really stepped up their quality and style in recent years. Almost everything I wear is Old Navy, and my kids too! However, it always takes forever to check out here. They're so slow and their handheld scanners and computers never seem to be working. There are never employees on the floor or in the dressing room. When I go to leave clothes I don't want, the racks are bursting with clothes and there's a stack of clothes about 4 feet tall. Seems like 1/4 of the merchandise is waiting to be put back on the floor. They have all the snacks and small items in the line that all the kids are always going crazy over. One day I gave it and bought my kids two packs of veggie straws. THEY WERE $4 a piece!!!! I could have bought a huge bulk sized bag at Walmart for $2.88. ‍ read more

This place is quite possibly a circle of Dante's Inferno that he accidentally left out. In this locations defense, it is exactly the same as every other Old Navy I've ever been to. Every single time I come here I leave swearing nothing is worth ever coming back again. This particular time, I came because they had a bathing suit online I wanted to try on. As is usual for old Navy, none of the sized hangers actually belong to the size of the clothing they hold. And since it's the end of the season for bathing suits, all of them were smashed into a space much too small for the amount of clothing it held. Took me 20 minutes to locate the size small bottoms and medium top I came looking for. When size medium top was too big, I returned to the rack only to quickly abandon my mission. I saw some flip flops and do need those for the shower at the gym. Oh look - camis, I always need those! But half the white ones had makeup stains. I found a size S burried under a pile of L & XL. You know, where one would logically put them. I also grabbed a t-shirt and some socks. I started to look at other things but this store is such a mess not even cheap prices could sway me. There were 2 people in front of me and somehow it took me 10 minutes to check out. The last guy in front of me was offered $15 to apply for a credit card and he did - for a single t-shirt. Amazing. When I finally got to the register, the employee even joked "why did you even come here?" I couldn't even laugh. He was sweet and funny and yet so spot on. I don't even remember... This Old Navy is amazingly terrible. I've been in several but this takes the cake as the worst. There is NO ONE in the store that will offer to help you with anything. The employees will be stocking items and completely ignore you. I was almost run down by one employee talking into her earpiece and apparently she couldn't be bothered to go around or go a different way. Hell, she couldn't be bothered to say "excuse me". She just stomps past me, knocking my purse off my shoulder. She didn't even look back. A few minutes later I was trying to reach an item that, for some reason, they had hung about 8-9 foot up on the rack (who could reach that crap?). This same employee was standing 2 foot away from me, still on the phone, and watched me CLIMB up the rack to get what I needed. She looked straight at me and never offered any assistance. On to the registers- Have you ever seen Old Navy have enough registers open? Me either. The line snaked around the ropes, and there were TWO registers open (there were 11 people in line). TWO registers. From my vantage point I could see 2 managers and 1 employee on the floor. One of the managers was, I suppose, in charge of registers because he stood there watching. I am DONE with Old Navy stores, they just don't care. On top of the horrid customer service the store is just a mess. I don't know what those oh-so-busy employees are doing but keeping the store presentable is obviously not their job. Online Old Navy prices are cheaper anyway (seriously, the same item will cost less online for some reason). I wonder if they are reading all of these awful reviews, you would think management would get a clue. read more

I would certainly give this location zero stars if possible. I have been waiting in the fitting room going on 24 minutes since there is ONLY 1 large fitting room that will accommodate a stroller. We have tried to fit this stroller into another fitting room and it's just not possible. This is ridiculous. A CASUAL OPTION FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY! I stopped here on a whim because I was desperately searching for a pair of cargo pants for my son. He wanted something very specific and they were difficult to find, (mostly because of his unique size: 30/34). Usually the 34 in inseam starts with a 32 inch waist so I was growing more desperate by the minute. Even on line I was not having much luck finding his unique size. Although he is an adult, he can still wear a boy's size 16 in certain styles. Skinny boy problems!! So I found what I was looking for and I am anxious to see how they wash and wear. The extra length and waist size allows room for shrinkage so they should be perfect after the initial washing. While in the store, I noticed some nice long sleeve tees for ladies. I like the super thin tissue tees because they are very comfortable and great for layering. They are the ideal transition piece because they can be worn with jumpers, maxis, jeans and skirts. They are tunic length so they give you an extra layer of protection under a thin maxi and will also pair well with leggings. Most importantly, when you wear a long sleeve cardigan it won't feel so bulky. These were so comfortable that I purchased three. I also purchased a couple of their A-line tank tops. which are a fuller cut with a higher neckline. They fit very well and I like the A-line styling which drops below the waistline and is very flattering. This store is a nice resource for simple, casual pieces, (think weekend wear and travel pieces). They are currently having a sale with 30-40% off certain items. All of my items were on sale today and I enjoyed great customer service. Yes! ***Unfortunately, this store was not very well staffed but the male employee was working hard to try and service all customers. He was handing out bags to shoppers, answering questions, assisting with the dressing room and finally jumped on the register as the line started to get long. Be prepared to be a bit self-sufficient and to wait in line. read more

Not only was the store disorganized and messy but the cashier added the cherry on top with her rude comment. There was no price tag on a lot of the clearance items. I had to circle around the store three times looking for sales associate to help me and that was unsuccessful. The line was at least 10 people long and only three registers were open. I just had a baby and am nursing so I stuck it out because I needed button down shirts. When I finally got to the register I handed the cashier my extra small items she said "these are petite. " what was she implying? I know I just had a baby and all. However, when I went home and put them on they fit perfectly. So rude. read more

You know what Old Navy is. My complaint is the annoying "discount with quantity" sometimes know as the Buy Two Get One at 50% Off. With a little math I figured it out that that mean 25% off two items. On a $20 item that means if I don't buy two items I am penalized $5. For me this is irksome either way....overpaying by 25% or getting sucked into an incremental purchase of an additional item. Yuck...Hate It... read more

The customer service here is terrible. There is always an extremely long line and only one or two registers open. The employees act as if they are doing you a huge favor when they check you out. The worst retail experience EVER!! I went to return a pair of leggings that had a rip in them that I purchased two days before. The people told me that I had clearly worn the leggings and could not return or exchange them. I just wanted a pair with no rip. The manager acted like there was no way she could help. Clearly some new hires have given new life to this once dying store. Packed with stuff but as neat as old navy can be with no backlog in changing rooms. None. Everything was restocked. I used to be a very frequent shopper at Old Navy until this past month went I visited this location and was baited and switched at the check out line, which is very ILLEGAL. I was ready to give the check out girl my payment, and she went on and on about their rewards frequent buyer card program where if I am a frequent shopper it would benefit me so I can build up points and get money off on my next purchases. I asked her 3 different times to assure me that this was NOT a credit card but only a rewards point system card. She assured me 3 times that it was NOT a credit card. I trusted her, and come to find out I check my credit that same day and I have a "dink" on my credit report saying I tried to open credit. I was baited and switched by this girl. I went on to call the store manager and he did absolutely nothing to help me other than call his corporate office, and then say that he contacted his legal department and there was nothing they felt they needed to do about it. Well sir, there is something WE can do about it. We are taking legal action against your store and you for training your employees to bait and switch and lie to their customers simply because YOU benefit off of customers signing up for credit at Old Navy. I know how retail stores work my friend and you made a huge mistake. read more

There were tons of people working in the store, but no one could help me find the dress I was looking for due to the huge mess. There were piles and piles, racks and racks of random clothes. The manager KELSEY is the rudest person EVER! With 4 kids I shop a lot and I have never been treated so badly. I went early to make a return. (The lines at this store are always horrible because they only have 1-2 cashiers ever working). This time there was one cashier helping one person with a mountain of clothes. She didn't ever acknowledge my presence. After 10 minutes of waiting, she called for back-up. Back-up took 5+ minutes before they arrived. That cashier couldn't process my online return and had to call for assistance. Assistance couldn't figure it out and they called for the manager Kelsey. The manager said their system wasn't processing my return bar code. Annoyed by 30 minutes and not getting my return. I sternly asked her to process the other return I had. She refused since she "said" I was raising my voice at her. She threatened to call security. Really? I have NEVER been treated so rudely. She acted like an arrogant immature girl with an attitude. I was treated like it was my fault that I had only my purchase confirmation with return bar code adn not the packing slip. Despite this store being a mile away, it will be hard to ever go back!! read more
