Stylists here really try to get to know your style and make suggestions based upon favorites but also a few key items to pull you out of your comfort zone. They seemed to start fitting rooms for almost everyone in the store. And I seemed to wander around with a pile of cloths waiting to even be acknowledged. After being passed by several times by both associates waiting for anyone at all to offer me a fitting room , I set my pile of stuff on a table and walked out. The frustration of jeans is why this is only a 'once in a decade" outing of me. Enter Skyler to the dressing room after digging around in the back to see if she could find a size for me. Although I walked out with only one pair of jeans this day, between Skyler and Sammy, these two employees really delivered what I did not see coming. Detailed and attentive service to seek out what I was looking for, checking labels for material composition to determine stretch, searching on their computer inventory/website, kicking in any discount they can where they can, and in the making recommendations to have items purchased on line with them right then and there and sent to my house.
