The attendant was helpful and patient. I requested a unicorn which hadn't been on display and she found one for me! I am so happy and I cannot wait to take my new unicorn home. I'd still recommend savers or goodwill too but it's nice to have a large selection at this place vs hit or miss at a traditional thrift store. Negative - That said. I'd not recommend selling to them unless you don't care what you get for Something and being treated like a poor peasant lol. I've found all of the staff very friendly since it was my first time except for the person who handles their intake of items. She's short, rude tone and dismissive. Gets the job done, but could be friendlier and more approachable. I tested selling them clothes - and for 2 bins of good washed items I got $31 cash. Couldn't tell you the true value of the clothes in there but probably closer to $75 I tried misc items a couple bins and they kept a pair of shoes, toys, plushies, a walker and hook on high chair (brand new) and valued that all at $31 cash as well. The walker and chair were worth $40 each themselves Plus the other items would be well over $150 so I'd say if you have the time and patience to do offer up or marketplace do that instead for better return. I didn't care and had them donate all my items because I have no time or space, but just sharing here for those that wondered. Options are cash pick up in 3 days or credit never expires and stays on your account.

Immediately she says we don't take Pennie's, so I asked well do you round down? (Because why are we giving away money?) another associate said no we round up. Confused, I switched to card. Again fine no problem. I asked out of genuine curiosity "what do you do with the overage at the end of the day?" The cashiers associate with an attitude looks at me as if I asked if she breathes air-- "it stays in the register." Look no sass was intended to her. Their entire demeanor from beginning to end was horrible. No welcome, no hello good morning. It was as if I was in their closet and disrupting them. I've seen before their employees have had this issue, you'd figure they'd take these feedbacks into consideration. Do better guys. I parked over at the Caesar's parking garage and took the shortcut from the parking garage, into the forum shops, which brings you to side entrance near Cheesecake factory. As soon as I stepped into the mall area, I noticed the ambiance of the shopping stores! The overall Roman inspired architectural style, including marble statues, fountains and a painted sky ceiling makes the whole area look like a showplace rather than a standard shopping mall. Everything looks very beautiful and well maintained! This mall contains over 160 different retail locations such as stores and restaurants. Some of those retailers include luxury brand names such as Gucci and Versace while others are more casual shops. Just walking around, taking in the sights and sounds of the mall is worth the time, and just to explore, even if you do not plan to shop. I really enjoyed walking around all of the different areas of the mall, stopping to admire the fountains and unique decorations throughout. I also appreciated the wide range of food locations like from quick snacks to full service meals! If you're looking for some place to shop while visiting Las Vegas, I'd recommend stopping by the forum shops at Caesars. There are so many different dining options and stores to explore inside. There is also the fountain show too!

Locals with a NV license can receive three hours of free parking by scanning their license at the exit gate. Once you exit the garage walk straight ahead and turn left to enter the forum shops. The interior is beautiful and designed to give you the feeling of being outside with the sky overhead. There is a lot of Roman decor as well. There are many high end stores here including Louis Vuitton, Fendi, and many more. There is also a huge Bucherer jewelry store for all your jewelry and watch needs. There are a lot of great restaurants inside as well. We really enjoy the Palm. For your clothing needs you can't go wrong with Psycho Bunny which you'll find here as well. Definitely visit Forum Shops for your shopping needs!
